PART 2: WATCH FULL VIDEO FOR THE BIG NEWS💚

I had no idea what I was doing when I opened Westcore, just that I had to follow this pull in my heart.

It’s been messy, magical, overwhelming, and the greatest gift all at once. This community has given me more love, strength, and purpose than I could’ve ever imagined.

I’m terrified. I’m proud. I’m ready.
We’re just getting started, and I can’t wait to keep building this with all of you.
Millbrae, here we come!

Love,
Sofia 💌 taken in Burlingame, California by @westcorestudio

When people feel seen, strong, and supported… this is what they say.💬

We’ve been reading your reviews, and let’s just say, we’ve felt every word.💚🥹

To every single person who’s walked through our doors, trusted our coaches, shared their wins (and their struggles)… thank you.

You’ve helped shape Westcore into more than just a lagree studio. This is a home. A loud, sweaty, soul-fueling home.

This series is for you. Your words, your impact, your experience, we don’t take any of it for granted.

Drop your story below. ⬇️
Your voice might just be the one that inspires someone else to walk through the door.

✨ For anyone new here… meet our founder, Sofia.

Westcore is more than a workout, it’s a space built from resilience, family, culture, and heart. And that all starts with the story of the woman behind it.

This is a reintroduction, but also a love letter to the community that helped shape her. The one that’s still growing every single day. If you’re new, welcome. If you’ve been riding with us, thank you. 🤎

Take a few minutes to watch, we promise it’s worth it.

👇 Drop a comment and let us know how you found Westcore or a moment you’ve felt most connected to this space. We’d love to hear your story too. 🫶

This workout has seen every version of me.
Through different seasons, different goals and so many different chapters. 11 years later, not only does it still humble me, but more importantly it reminds me what I’m capable of and that I can overcome hard shit. Movement is HEALING 🤎 🔥 taken in Burlingame, California by @westcorestudio

To everyone who stopped by our booth, took a class, challenged yourself on the Microformer, danced between sets, cheered us on, or simply believed in what we’re building…thank you.

This weekend was a reminder that Westcore has always been about more than a workout. It’s about community.

A huge thank you to @thefitfestco for giving us this opportunity, to our DJ @jaecoca for bringing the energy all weekend long, to our matcha carta for keeping everyone fueled, and to @lululemon for the incredible outfits that made our team feel as confident as we do strong.

Most importantly, thank you… to our members, new faces, friends, and supporters. We wouldn’t be here without the community that’s believed in us from day one.

This one is for you. 💚 we can’t wait to share day 2! taken in Burlingame, California by @westcorestudio

Happy Birthday to our amazing Coach Kelley! 💚✨

For the past few years, Kelley has been bringing her sweet heart, calm energy, and K-pop playlists (or at least the recommendations 😉) to the WestCore community. She has a way of making everyone feel welcomed, supported, and stronger every time they step into her class.

We’re so grateful for everything you bring to our team and for the care you pour into every Warrior who walks through our doors.

Help us wish Coach Kelley the happiest birthday! Drop her some love in the comments or some k-pop song recs below. 🎉💚 taken in Burlingame, California by @westcorestudio
