Florida Demographics 1950-2026

I have no opinion just data.
In 1950 Florida was around 77% European and every county except for 2 were above 50% European. The county with Miami was 82% European. The highest county was around 95% European in northern Florida. In 2026 Florida is around 52% European. The county with Miami is around 13% European. Around 10 counties are less than 50% European. And the biggest county was around 85% European in central Florida.

In interviews, Gianforte emphasized that international talent mobility benefits economic development. Montana is one of the last states where Native American births outnumber foreign births. The governor is actively attempting to import foreigners into one of the last bastions of White America.

In today’s hyper-speed news cycle, outrage is manufactured, consumed, and discarded within hours. Attention is deliberately fragmented so that patterns of power never have time to settle in the public mind. Yet the machinery of control does not reset with each new headline. It accumulates. Every expansion of surveillance tools, every quiet expansion of regulatory reach, every decision that treats national electorates as obstacles rather than principals continues to operate long after the cameras have moved on.

Big Sister does not need to announce herself with fanfare. She works through procedural density, emergency frameworks that never fully expire, speech codes enforced by intermediaries, and migration and fiscal policies locked in above the level of ordinary democratic contestation. What begins as temporary necessity hardens into permanent architecture. The more the cycle accelerates, the easier it becomes to forget that the same institutional actors remain in place, refining the same instruments of oversight and direction.

In 1950 Finland was 99.9% European. Every region was above 99% European. The biggest groups in Finland were Finnish Swedish and Sami. In 2026 Finland was around 93.5% European. The region with Helensiki is the lowest around 89-91% European. Every other region is above 90% European. The most European region is around 97% European. 3 regions are 97% European. Most other regions are between 90-96% European.

In 1950 California was 85.2% European and every single region was above 50% European. The lowest region was 54% European and the highest regions was around 97% European. Los Angeles was around 78% European San Diego was around 82% European and San Francisco was around 85% European. In 2026 California was around 34.3% European. The lowest region was around 8% European and the highest region was around 86% European. Los Angeles was around 27% European San Diego was around 40% European and San Francisco was around 36% European.

I have no opinion just data.
In 1950 US was around 87% European with the majority of states being above 80% European.
Many regions were above 99% European. The southwest US was around 70-85% European. The south US was around 50-70% European. The Midwest was over 90% European. In 2026 US was 56% European. The southwest was 30-40% European. New York City is around 30% European Chicago is around 30% European and Los Angeles is around 30% european. This is a change of around 31% over 76 years or around 1% every 2 to 3 years.
