POSTS STORIES REELS

I heard this recently, and I haven’t been able to get it out of my head.

At 62, I think about how much time I spent taking someone’s opinion personally without ever asking myself why I valued it so much.

Honey, you can be open to feedback without letting every comment change how you feel about yourself.

Keep being the person who gives the compliment. Who celebrates someone else’s good news. Who makes people feel welcome before they’ve done anything to impress you.

Whether you’re 22 or 62, there’s always room for more people like that. And there’s always room to become one. 🤍

Send this to someone who’s always cheering others on.

Happy Down Syndrome Awareness Month to my girl and the beautiful community we get to be part of. 💙💛

Stevey, being your mom is my greatest joy and honor. I love your confidence, your humor, your big opinions, and the way you are so completely yourself.

I hope the world keeps making more room to know you, hear you, and see all that you have to offer. Honey, I’ll always be cheering the loudest.

I’m so glad God picked me to be your mom. 💙

Get unready with us after a little runway magic. ✨💙

Stevey was invited by @nordstrom to walk in their showcase, and watching my girl have her moment on that runway was something I’ll never forget.

From getting all glammed up to seeing her step onto the runway with so much confidence, the entire experience was absolutely magical. And even after the show was over, we were still soaking in every second of it.

As a mom to a daughter with Down syndrome, moments like these mean the world to me. Not because Stevey has anything to prove, but because she deserves every opportunity to do what she loves, be celebrated, and shine just like anyone else.

And if you know Stevey, you know fashion is her love language! 💕

So incredibly proud of my girl. Thank you, Nordstrom, for celebrating her and giving her such a beautiful moment to shine. 🤍✨

Like mother, like daughter. 💙

One thing about Stevey and me… we will find any excuse to get dressed up. 😂 Whether we have somewhere special to be or absolutely nowhere to go, putting together an outfit is half the fun.

I love that she has her own sense of style, knows exactly what she likes, and isn’t afraid to show a little personality through fashion.

There’s nothing better than sharing something you love with your daughter. From picking out outfits to getting ready together, it’s the little moments that make the sweetest memories.

My forever fashion girl. And yes, we’re probably overdressed. 💙

Hawai’i was everything and more. 🌺 A beautiful week with the best souls, so much laughter, and love all around. Life is beautiful, and weeks like this remind me just how much. 🤍 by @whatifkrista

One thing I’ve learned about skincare in my 60s: your neck needs its own routine too. @strivectin is now at @target , and I love that their neck care is easier to discover while I’m already doing a Target run.

Their formulas are made specifically for the neck and décolleté to help improve the look of lines, crepiness and loss of firmness. So, basically all the things I actually care about at this stage.

You can now find StriVectin in Target’s new Beauty Studio, including smaller sizes that make it easy to try. Now available in 600 stores and in the Target Circle App. Consider this your reminder: don’t neglect your neck. ✨
