I guess I never really considered myself to be an artist.. Until now! Until I had this different kind of “work” and creative projects that I poured my heart into and became vulnerable for. To put it on display and hope that people identify with and relate to it. Or even care to see/watch it. I understand that creative circles are small(er) so to have such an outpouring of support and see who showed up truly means the most. Many will see it once it reaches a certain point of success, but the ones that are there digging the trenches w you are the ones who help you keep going to the top!🙌🏽✨📈

It can take a while for things to come “full circle” but when they do its like everything clicks! Im so grateful and extra motivated after having received the Distinguished Alumni Award & I hope our work @empowerthroughplay continues to impact, inspire and change lives!

Growing up in Rhode Island I spent a year @sanmiguelprovidence an all boys school that at the time was for At-Risk youth - Which i was! lol I even recall 1 of the nuns saying she regretted accepting me! I now understood what she meant then and knew that even though was as risk - It didnt mean that I was without promise. I have since worked as an educator, personal trainer, actor, model and have started a non profit😅 So it’s amazing to now be coming back to RI and @sanmiguelprovidence where they now are a school full of young men not at- risk.. But *At Promise!

I just know that if I can do this coming out of this small, humble schoolroom - The generation that follows will do even greater things!

#WCW - Proof dreams come true!

While some people may have seen me get “rejected” on TV - This very moment was when I can finally say that I made myself proud! Coming from where I come from and not having a background or family influence in entertainment, this could have stayed just a dream. But I clawed from the bottom, worked every job that I felt built my true character, and then 1 day I look up and I’m staring at someone I grew up watching on TV!🤷🏽‍♂️😍💁🏽‍♀️

No cameras. No extra attention or eyes.. Just us..

Thank you for caring, for listening, for being a safe space, for communicating clearly & openly and for showing me everything that I hope to find in a partner & wife. More importantly - Thank you for being a great person and friend!

WE might not have worked out, but everything about this moment told me that *I’m heading in the right direction. It confirmed that I belong around high-quality and high caliber people and it confirmed for me that people should shoot their shot/chase your dreams no matter how absurd they may seem! taken in Firefly by @whatupchuck

Kicking off our Spring Cleaning campaign in a major way! We’re so grateful that we have friends who make giving back fun, easy and share it with everyone they know! Some people just know how to keep a good thing going! Like @aclayton8422 @dfree31 @joereverdes over at @a_dfitness - A family owned gym and nutrition center that has become a staple and standard in the New England fitness community! Thank you for helping us accomplish our mission of spreading heath, fitness and physical activity with those most in need!

As you can see, I didn’t just show up. I couldnt just take the donations and go, not while a whole bootcamp was going on - So I jumped in with everyone and got sweaty too! It was my way of connecting with them and saying thank you!

I didn’t know I loved it until I lost it!
A whole year with 0 Bookings after breaking up with my agency was rough & I was down bad! But I never stopped working. I took acting classes. I read books n scripts. I traveled in order to be seen - I put the work in and now NY, ATL & LA agencies are emailing n calling for meetings! #Blessed #Refreshed #READY😤🚀
