A sādhu's life is solely dedicated to achieving mokṣa (liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth), the fourth and final aśrama (stage of life), through meditation and contemplation of Brahman. I was able to spend time in the cremation temple in Nepal with some ascetic holy men.

Waking dreams

It’s been hard to to choose the first post for this years burning man and this one seemed just right. This is one of three amazing sculptures from my favorite sculpture artist @michaelbenisty.art this one took me till the last sunrise to find.

This year has been a battle making the burn possible for me, I fought adversity and the playa provided the most amazing rewards of self rejuvenation and many revelations.

The amount of endless love and inspiration this place brings the soul is hard to put into words, this is why I try and capture it in photos.

Connecting with some of my best friends and meeting new ones in the city that doesn’t exist is my favorite part. Thank you to everyone that made this year the best one yet for me.

4 cups of coffee to warm the bones on this crispy morning of the second day of our hike in nepal is what we needed for the adventure ahead. The weather was perfect, the beauty was unmatched, countless suspension bridges, turquoise rivers, and endless mountains disappearing in the thick fog as we hike towards Namche Bazaar. Legs and feet were screaming at me after 17 miles up hill but the desire to see what was above the next ridge outweighed the pain in my body.

The next photo shows the sheer difference 24 hours can make in Nepal. I was so excited that my last night was the Napoli new year, and I got to witness Kathmandus biggest party of the year. So much love and so many smiling faces, this city was Buzzn. Happy 2080 Nepal 🎉 thinking about the few days prior felt so surreal being in the city. First time in Europe, and Prague cracked my heart wide open. It felt like remembering something I never experienced, but somehow belonged to me. I wandered through it all
overwhelmed (in the best way) by the architecture, the light, the Art Nouveau details around every corner.

I finally got to experiment with double exposures, Gothic structures meeting the human form. History blending with something more alive.

And the people,
Somehow strangers, somehow soul-fam.
The kind of connections that feel like you’ve known each other forever.

Inspired is too small a word.
I’m full.
