I am very excited to be one of twelve composers selected worldwide for the VIFF Composer Accelerator Program this year. I will be travelling to Vancouver in October where I will get the opportunity to work with the magnificent Vancouver Symphony Orchestra as well as collaborating with film makers, musicians, engineers and other highly regarded music professionals. I feel privileged to be on this journey and I look forward to getting to know all my fellow talented composers along the way. @viffest @vsorchestra by @whymskevin

Working with @whymskevin on our #jamesjoyce #chambermusic project with @solsticeensemble last year in #Dublin was, as we say in Dublin, "deadly craic". Not only did he record #guitar on the album, but he composed music for Joyce's poem 'Because your voice was at my side', track 14 of our @signumrecords album, which is released NEXT WEEK! 🎉Thanks Kev! @earleymusic @universitycollegedublin @8va_music taken in University College Dublin by @whymskevin
