One's definitely not enough The pulourie was light, airy, deep-fried split-pea dough ball perfect for soaking that tamarind chutney The highlight was the Curry Goat, wrapped in a warm paratha—so tender, fragrant, and richly spiced Huge plate of juicy jerk chicken came with a gentle kick, served with callaloo, white rice, and coleslaw.
