so let me get this right. every single human being that’s ever existed - all of it began in a womb. built cell by cell from a woman’s blood and bones. and yet when tissue that should only grow inside the womb starts growing on the lungs, the heart, the bowel, the bladder — when it bleeds and scars and fuses organs together — its own nerve endings - suddenly no one knows why???
endometriosis has been compared to heart attacks. but women weren’t even included in clinical trials until 1993. so centuries of human progress were literally born from us,like thanks for building the ENTIRETY of humanity — good luck with your chronic, incurable disease that we still “don’t fully understand.” here’s some birth control.
We were pressured to fit into a man’s 9–5, to perform in a system that was never built around our bodies, our cycles, rhythms. and then we wonder why we’re ill and the world feels so disconnected? #endometriosis #endowarrior #endo #endoawareness #healthandwellnesscoaching by @wiildwomb

I’ve been there—the surgery that shook my body, the adrenal exhaustion, the endless list of foods I cut out because I was desperate to feel better. I’ve been bed bound, overwhelmed, frustrated, and stuck in cycles of pelvic pain and burnout.
I believe in real, human support from someone who understands the emotional, physical, and mental layers of chronic illness.
That’s why I’m starting this work now .For those who feel lost, unheard, or buried under symptoms and decisions. My approach brings together multiple supportive modalities and practical tools that help you feel less alone in the process.

Summer has a way of turning the volume up on everything we haven’t dealt with. The checking. The comparing. The FOMO. The holding your tummy in without realising you’re doing it.

We think it’s a body image problem. It’s not. It’s a connection problem. When we’re disconnected from how we actually feel - when the body doesn’t feel safe enough to just exist - we start managing how we look instead of living how we want.

The shift isn’t about loving your body more. It’s about coming back into it, getting your fill of PLEASURE of CONNECTION AND OXYTOCIN. When it feels safe to be in your body, you stop performing for the outside and start moving from the inside. That’s when the playfulness, the wildness, the joy comes back. Not because you fixed something. Because you stopped leaving.

Dissociation is the body at its wisest, she wants to escape because it’s not safe enough to be in the here and now. But little by little we can start to experience JOY and PLEASURE again and remind our female nervous system enough times she is safe to express and be seen.

This is what we are working with people on. Workshop pending in London for Scorpio szn. . Links in bio if it resonates.

Love your fave aunties. Both in our luteal phases on top of a mountain, bleeding on the full moon. The creatrix, the masters and healers of our own lives. 💅 🐓❤️‍🔥💅🌙✨🫡 by @wiildwomb

& the qi gong aunties are back

The thing about big feelings is that they’re big and overwhelming because we haven’t been with them for a while. Often years.

At some point, feeling them wasn’t safe. There was no one to hold us through them, so the body learned to shut them down. That was survival. It was genius at the time.

But the system doesn’t update on its own. It’s in place to keep you in familiar patterns; it doesn’t care about helping you build an alive life. So we walk around as adults still running the program of a child who learned that big feelings would cost them love, safety, or both.

When we finally co-create enough safety to feel, the dam opens. And yes, it’s a lot. Clients ask “will it feel like this forever?” Not too long ago, this was my voice too. It doesn’t. And what comes through the other side is worth every bit of it because feelings carry wisdom.

1. Take things a lot less personally and recover quickly from challenges

2. Ask for help a lot more frequently and notice where I am supported

3. Massive increase in self trust and agency

4. Greater presence cause I know I can be with whatever arises

5. Senses are much more heightened

6. A lot less reactive and more responsive

I have been thinking about my short life recently - face to face with something I’ve known since I was 14 — how fragile and resilient our bodies are. I lived for years feeling disconnected from my body through PTSD. It’s taken nearly a decade to rebuild trust, strength, and a sense of safety in my physical self. It’s reminded me how much muscle mass, bone density, and nervous system support matter — not for aesthetics, but for resilience, autonomy, and prevention.

I love supporting those living with endometriosis, chronic illness, or cycle-related challenges. This work is about mobilising without feeling powerless - and also learning how to down-regulate, soften, and reconnect to the body in a way that feels safe. If you’re looking for personalised 1:1 support that considers your female nervous system, lived experience, and health history, I offer a free 30-minute discovery call. Across dozens of high-quality studies, we see that trauma and chronic stress:
• Disrupt menstrual regularity
• Alter emotional reactivity across cycle phases
• Impair ovulation
• Worsen PMS and PMDD
• Destabilise autonomic nervous system function and the HPA axis
In truth, You cannot fully regulate the nervous system without also supporting the menstrual cycle.
🩸 And you cannot heal reproductive health without addressing stress, safety, and emotional load.
Female mammals are designed to mirror, attune, and make life. Our systems are rhythmic, relational, and deeply sensitive to our environment. When safety is disrupted — internally or externally — the cycle responds.
It’s about restoring rhythm, connection, increasing progesterone, predictability, honouring body’s need for calm and lack of stimulation during Luteal which in turn creates safety in the body.
Your cycle is not separate from your mental health.
It’s one of its most honest messengers. This is why I will always prioritise the nervous system when working with clients, she is not separate - she is everything ✨ by @wiildwomb

Movement + sweat = support ✨
Some reproductive and fertility-disrupting compounds we’re exposed to every day — like heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium), endocrine disruptors (BPA, phthalates), persistent organic pollutants (PCBs, PBDEs), and air-pollution byproducts (PAHs) — don’t just disappear on their own.
Emerging research shows that sweat can be a minor but meaningful elimination pathway for certain fat-soluble and metal-based toxins, alongside the liver, kidneys, and gut. Sauna + movement aren’t detox cures but they do support the body systems that already do the work.
For endometriosis & PCOS, this matters because:
• Many of these chemicals act as endocrine disruptors
• They’re linked to estrogen imbalance, inflammation, and insulin resistance
• Heat exposure + gentle movement may help improve circulation, metabolic signaling, and inflammatory load
Sauna benefits being studied for hormone-related conditions include:
• Improved insulin sensitivity
• Reduced systemic inflammation
• Stress reduction (hello cortisol balance)
• Circulation support for pelvic tissues
✨ Sweat is a support tool, not a shortcut. Real hormone health still comes from:
• Nutrition that supports liver detox pathways
• Consistent, non-punishing movement
• Reducing ongoing toxic exposure
• Rest + nervous system regulation
You know what to do girlies 💦 I’m aiming for 10 min sessions 3x a week. Waiting to see how it impacts my next bleed 🩸
Move your body. Break a sweat✨✨✨. #Endometriosis #sauna #

SURPRISE turns out healing wasn’t 5am wake ups, classes, pushing myself, matcha and perfectionism in isolation. In fact THAT was my trauma still playing out in real time - fawning and asking to be liked or terrified of being rejected and hurt. Real healing came from slowing down, listening, sitting with my fear NOT the need to externalise or look ‘busy’ or to be seen to be ‘cool’ or perfect. The more I heal the less ambitious I become. CPTSD has taken me 14 years to come to terms with / what happened to me and how it has manifested in my body. The truth is we can’t seperate mind from body and body from mind. The desire to be skinny to control was trauma in real time. The desire to run away from my feelings was my trauma in real time. The unconscious need to fear the world was trauma in real time. She will keep calling. No matter how you supress, run ignore or numb. It’s about repetition until there is a readiness/willingness. I’ve picked up body keeps the score after 14 years. I put it off. What has helped integrate and shift my internal reality alongside a chronic illness (pls note this is my own unique experience)

Five Element Acupuncture
It has healed me on a physical and spiritual level. Treatment w @jessmaxwellacupuncture the world needs your work.
Breathwork / yoga
has created space between stimulus and response. thought patterns, body sensation
Mumma Nature
helps regulate vagal tone. Nature co-regulates us. We aren’t meant to live disconnected from it.
EMDR / my people
Healing happens in relationship - safety is co-regulated. We were never meant to heal in isolation.
FOOD IS MEDICINE
Whole, grounding foods that support my gut-brain connection not reduced to ‘macros’ but daily needs / fluctuations of my female nervous system / cycle
Strength training
inncreased my proprioception (sense of self in space), and boosts endorphins + dopamine.
Dancing & sobriety
somatic therapy, community, and nervous system regulation in one. The natural kick is superior.
Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel is by becoming aware of our inner experience and learning to befriend what is going inside ourselves. What a GIFT. by @wiildwomb

Queen of handing out the brutally honest advice atm. This time last year I was in awful pain, experiencing baby loss, unable to work, living on ibuprofen. I’m now pain free. On that note, here’s my advice that might hurt your feelings xxx

🌸If you label ‘eating better’ as an optional tool but you keep fueling infamimation with processed crap, dairy, sugar, and alcohol, you’re continuing to feed your endo. Blood sugar dis regulation = insulin sensitivity = oxidative stress
🌸True healing takes time and if you’re expecting big results in two weeks you’ll give up before your body even has a chance to respond.
🌸 If you keep ignoring your symptoms, they will get worse. Endometriosis doesn’t just “stay the same,” it progresses if you don’t actively acknowledge it. The longer you ignore it, the worse you’ll get.
🌸Exercise matters. I know you don’t want to hear it but moving your body reduces inflammation, supports hormones, insulin and improves circulation. Equally over-exercising can cause way too much inflammation in the body. We need to recruit huge amounts of sex hormones to run a long distance or lift a lot of weight. Balance is key.
🌸No supplement will save you if your diet and lifestyle choices still suck and are driving inflammation. You can’t half-ass it. You will be stuck in the same pain cycle.
🌸Painkillers aren’t a long-term plan, they mask symptoms, overuse will wreck your gut (which directly affects your endo). Ibuprofen is not a 10 year solution.
🌸Stress is making it worse and if you refuse to manage stress with down regulation and rest, you’re keeping yourself in a constant inflammatory state, period.
🌸Your doctor isn’t going to “fix” you. Most aren’t trained in root causes, so if you’re waiting for a magic surgery or prescription to make it all disappear, you’ll be waiting forever.
🌸Stop comparing your journey to others. You’re not them. If someone is worse off than you, or better it’s not a reflection of your health or current position. Everyone is on their own divine path. by @wiildwomb
