Creating community through movement?! SAY LESS!

our journey into workshops began at the Great Lakes Flow retreat last year, and it was such a privilege to come back this year as instructors to share our gifts and our knowledge. every person that came out to our shuffle foundations workshop had so much energy and excitement that it was tangible!

dance is a passion that’s meant to be shared.

Saturday, August 8th: Cat yoga at @lvhrehab , @candisxd_ and I’s last Shuffle & Flow Meetup at Puzzle Box then grabbing food together before heading to Reply for @radiojaives 2nd performance of the day 😝

Saturday, August 15th: A Night with @excursions.chicago at @epiphanyarts201 🙌🏼 we’re so excited about this collab @wild.voltage

I met EXCURSIONS at their event in Detroit during Movement week. They truly live with an intention of bringing community together, you won’t want to miss it💞

Dance Diaries July 1st 2026 💃🏻🔥🫶🏻

I believe in the POWER of P-O-S-S-I-B-I-L-I-T-Y, in the magic that expands when we tap into our fullest potential ✨

~the more we release, the more we transform,
the more we open, the more we experience~

May I lean into the infinite unknown possibilities with absolute wonder and amazement for the gift that it is.

May I feel the love and interconnectedness that surrounds me in every moment.

May I always be attuned to the frequency of gratitude, seeing the abundance of blessings and silver linings that arise no matter what I move through in life.

As I prepare to take this leap into unseen territory,
I feel the pure guidance and support of something deeper,
of our universe,

When life feels like a lot, I call my friends. Ren could live 5 minutes or 16 hours away and I would still always want to know what’s happening in her world💕

When we were in 8th grade, Ren moved to Wisconsin from IL which meant we had to get creative to stay connected…

So we made pancakes over computer screens together every Sunday using Oovoo (iykyk) and it made that year of being apart much more bearable for our teenage angsty selves😂

15 years have passed and our lives look a lot different now than before but our intention of staying connected no matter what has never changed.

Call your people, lean into your connections, let them know they matter to you and that you care. Life keeps on moving & real. authentic. connections sustain us. It’s okay to have challenges moments and seek out ways to connect with others who anchor you most 🫂🥰

You are worthy of support.
You do not have to walk alone.
You are loved beyond words.
We are stronger together.❤️

Very excited to announce a workshop that is near and dear to my heart💗💃🏻🫶🏻

We will be exploring creative flow and embodied movement through guided prompts and a supportive atmosphere. These practices have been a catalyst for my own flow and inspired by many of my favorite dance experiences including last year at @glfproductions when @wild.voltage taught it for the first time✨
