I want to thank my good friend and fellow WildStorm hobbyist @daarkanjel for setting up this beautiful @brettbooth_comicart custom sketch card for me earlier this year! We met up at Day 1 of @baltimorecomiccon and were finally able to catch up!

Between the incredible fan community and the creatives/administration that contributed to the successes at WildStorm, this is easily the greatest hobby I have ever participated in! My hope is that my contributions to the hobby match everything that comes my way.

Appreciate everything. Take nothing for granted. Give more than you take. WildStorm forever!

Another gem from @baltimorecomiccon by way of artist extraordinaire @creeesart !

I always have something set aside going into Baltimore to make sure I can get something new from Creees. His craft just continues to level up year after year, which is impressive considering I thought it was at an incredibly high level when I first saw his stuff. But he finds a way to push beyond every single year.

Also another artist whose live Twitch streams are very much missed.

This year we went with Burnout from Gen 13 on a custom sketch card. And it's incredible! Looking forward to the next time!

Another favorite moment from @baltimorecomiccon this year was finally getting to meet @domostanton in person! This guy just makes me smile! His energy and attitude are contagious, not to mention his amazing craft! One of the best humans to ever human!

I genuinely miss the days of watching his live Twitch streams daily! So when I saw his announcement that he'd be popping up at Baltimore, I jumped out of my chair in excitement!

Domo did an awesome Battalion sketch at his table, and I also picked up a Freefall sketch he had done live on stream a couple years back. That sketch was always one of my favorites and it meant the world to me to be able to pick that one up!

Thank you Domo! Looking forward to the next time!

As a fan, this will be one of those moments I'll be talking about for a long time.

I had the opportunity again this year to purchase the Jim Lee Experience package at @baltimorecomiccon . It's a pretty standard event: a short meet and greet with Jim, a few signatures, a photo, and a signed print. But Jim has the uncanny ability to make the ordinary extraordinary.

This year, for the first time ever, I chose to cosplay at a con. And I went with the titular character from one of my favorite stories: Jim's Divine Right: The Adventures Of Max Faraday! The costume was complete with the oversized hat, pizza box, and huge can of Whak Cola!

Within seconds of coming up to the signing table, Jim had a smile on his face and his phone ready to take some pictures. We had a great exchange that seemed like forever, and he signed my items. I brought the color guide to the comic page I based the costume on, a Resident Evil autograph card, and the custom pizza box. Jim even snuck a little pizza slice remarque in there!

Unknown to me at the time, because I was facing my camera, Jim had a little fun in the background with the Whak Cola!

A truly memorable moment and a great reminder of why I love this hobby of WildStorm so much! Thank you @jimlee for being you and for creating a universe with lifetimes worth of characters and stories to enjoy!

WildStorm Forever!

One of the biggest highlights of @baltimorecomiccon this year was meeting not one but TWO legendary WildStorm colorists: @lauramartinart and @davidbaron.co !!!

And if that wasn't enough, they had an amazing panel together on Friday where they shared their knowledge and craft of comic coloring, along with dropping some incredible WildStorm history! I got to enjoy the panel with my good friend and fellow Wildstorm fan @daarkanjel
!!!

And to top it off, they had their commission lists open for some WildStorm sketch cards! Laura threw down some awesome Rose Tattoo and Grifter sketches, and David treated my eyes to a terrific Midnighter sketch!

This will not be a weekend I will easily forget. I'm grateful for the opportunity to meet these incredible creatives!

It was an incredible weekend at @baltimorecomiccon and I'm just now recovering and organizing from the event! So expect more posts soon!

But first, one of the highlights of the convention this year was catching up with @arthuradamsart and bringing home this beautiful Christie Blaze sketch card! I knew Art's style would be perfect for the character, and he absolutely exceeded every expectation I had! Thank you for another great memory!

My WildStorm fix today comes by way of... Marvel and Topps?!

While I was hopeful after DC's first set back with Upper Deck which included The Drummer, Zealot, and Grifter, every subsequent set has been devoid of WildStorm. Which is a real shame. WildStorm deserves better.

Thankfully, this beautiful Heroes Reborn cover art got the royal treatment in the latest Topps Finest Fantastic Four set. This particular variant is signed by Whilce Portacio and numbered out of 75!

This weekend, it's on! Excited for @baltimorecomiccon this weekend, seeing good friends, and dressing up in a ridiculous costume on Saturday! But hey, it's what we do!

I was working on the WildCATs Animated Series page for the website today and remembered this front page of Club Homage issue 3. So while I'm busy scanning things I figured I would share it here!

Another gem from the Homage Comics. Technically, this shirt is from Volume 1 which was published under Image directly because moving under WildStorm's imprint. But we love Astro City so we're bending the rules!

This is a beautiful XXL, still new in the bag from Graphitti.

Another page added to the website! Planet Studios. If you know, you know. If you don't, now you can!

Planet Studios is best known for their Marvel Comics enamel pins, but they also did a number of pins for WildStorm! We have all the information we could currently gather on the site, but there are gaps. We need your help!

Do you have any pins for sale? Or have pins not showcased on the page you can verify with a photo? Do you have an old pin list with product codes? If you can help, please reach out!

All the images on the site have been hand drawn from photographs of the original pins for clarity and easy identification.

And thank you to @daarkanjel for sharing his amazing pin collection to serve as the backbone for this content!
