Thames Hotel. PART 2 of 3. Tools: Sketchup-> Twinmotion -> D5-ai. To enhance the visibility of the internal spaces I’ve removed the external windows to create transparency within the renders. Getting the images to fit to instagrams ratios has been the hardest part of this whole project😭 by @will_jenkins3

Following my end-of-year show, I was approached directly by a very lovely lady, seeking design ideas for their property in Cornwall. I was given full creative freedom to redesign, and build another to scale model, in both the front and rear gardens. Was honestly a very lovely project to be apart of. No power tools just one hell of a lot of digging. by @will_jenkins3

My latest design. Cruise Architects, “Architectural Ecosystem”-This 92,415m² project proposes the main headquarters of an architectural firm conceived as a global nucleus for design innovation.
Rather than housing a single practice, the building operates as a framework for multiple independent architectural studios. I have spent the last few months on this project (it’s near to completion) but I wanted to share it nonetheless. The project incorporates auditoriums, quiet (soundproof) and general café spaces, contemporary office areas, rooftop botanical gardens, and an external glass lift system. by @will_jenkins3

Forth Dimension Design Firm (FDDF) is an architectural practice I designed in January. The structure spans six floors, covering a total of 30,000 m²—its scale was carefully orchestrated to balance openness, circulation, and functional
zoning. FDDF, spatial configurations (whilst still experimental) have been developed through rigorous analysis of user behaviour. by @will_jenkins3
