EASIEST PRIME RIB

With just 3 ingredients, it’s the simplest crowd pleaser.
You can make this hours ahead of time too and just reheat to serve.

Prime Rib Roast, any size
Salt
Pepper

•Set oven to 325 degrees.
•Generously season the rib roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
•Let the roast warm to room temp, but if you don’t have time, it’ll be fine too.
•Roast in the oven for 15 minutes PER POUND.
•Allow the roast to rest for at least half the cooking time before serving. (8 pound roast, cook for 2 hours, rest for 1.)
•If you’re serving it later, to reheat, broil in the oven for 20 minutes just before serving.
•Slice up and serve with Au Jus and Horseradish.
•Bask in all your glory.

Table side #Alfredo from the spot that invented it in #Roma.

Like all the best plates in this city, it looks incredibly plain; but is unbelievably fantastic.

The noodles were light, springy and held the buttery cheese sauce so well, then literally melted on your palate.

Side story, some lady got in a kerfuffle with me because she thought I was trying to take the last al fresco table from her. (There’s 2 outdoor eating areas… 😒)

One plate to share, 2 bottles of wine and another great night in Roma. 🇮🇹
