Fresh, coastal, and full of light! Our St. James project in Newport Beach, listed by @kaitlin.willhoit and @annieclougherty, is all about showing this home at its very best. Weeks of planning and collaboration with the teams from @willhoitconstruction, @rogersgardens, @culterra_, and @kennedycontemporary went into creating a stage that feels effortless yet elevated, layering textures and finishes that soften the sleek architecture without losing its edge. The result is a space that’s inviting the moment you step inside, with every detail curated to help buyers imagine life here. This is staging that sells the home, and the lifestyle; this is HOD. #hausofdesign #staging #ocrealestate #luxuryrealestate #homestaging #interiordesign taken in Newport Beach, California by @willhoitconstruction

702 Saint James is a beautiful example of what can happen when a clear vision is met with exceptional execution. From the art on the walls to the craftsmanship behind the build and the team who brought it to market, it took a lot of talented hands to take this stage across the finish line. We’re proud to have been part of this collaboration and to see it come full circle with a $12.7M sale. #staging #ocrealestate taken in Newport Beach, California by @willhoitconstruction

It’s all in the details.

Taj Mahal stone, natural marble, fluted paneling, and layers of texture coming together. Simple materials, thoughtful execution, and craftsmanship that speaks for itself.

Bring back making hard work cool. 🔨

The builders. The framers. The electricians. The plumbers. The masons. The craftsmen and women who show up every day and create something real with their hands.

There’s something pretty incredible about watching raw materials, hard work and skill turn into a home.

Construction deserves its era.

Make the trades cool again. Make craftsmanship cool again. Make building something with your hands something to be proud of.

Progress looks different when you’re building into a Laguna Beach hillside.

Steel, framing, concrete and a lot of coordination coming together on this custom home. With expansive ocean views and complex structural details, every phase is about getting the work behind the walls right before the finishes ever begin.

Built with intention. Built to last.

The best part… framing is finally underway. 🔨

After years of planning, grading, site walls, foundations, and a lot of work behind the scenes, it’s exciting to finally see this home take shape.
