🌳Did you know Willow Tree offer a last litter program for dogs and cats. 😺 🐶 let's break the cycle.

🙏Our Last Litter Program aims to break the cycle of unwanted and homeless pets by reducing the number of unplanned litters within the community. Sadly, due to the oversupply of pets thousands of animals are euthanised each year in the pound system as there simply aren't enough homes for them.

💚By surrendering a litter to Willow Tree Sanctuary, we are making sure that this litter really is your pets last litter, as well as reducing over population.

💡What is our the Last Litter program and how does it work?

✅Through our Last Litter Program, the owner agrees to surrender the entire litter of puppies/kittens in exchange for allowing us to spey their mother. At no cost to the owners, puppies/kittens are vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, desexed and flea and worm treated before being adopted into loving forever homes. In turn their mother is speyed and returned to family at no cost to them.✅ We also take pregnant dogs/cats or those with young litters. Our experienced carers help Mum raise her babies until there are weaned. Mum is then desexed and returned home to her family.

💚💉We provide love, safety and expert care, including a quality diet and vet care for pregnant mothers and their babies.

🐶If your pet has an unplanned pregnancy or litter and you would like help to desex the mum and rehome the babies, Please contact us at:

info@willowtreesanctuary.com.au or message us here.

💪By participating in our Last Litter Program not only are you helping us break this cycle, but you are also improving the quality of life for your pet. 💚Be the Change💚

Want to help fund this important program and assist with the cost to desex these mummas and stop the cycle?

👉 Donate now: https://willowtreesanctuary.com.au/donate/

Whether you donate $5, $50, or $250 it helps fund surgeries and vet care, that give pets a chance at happy, healthy lives, it all helps.

🙏Please share this post and bring awareness to the importance of our Last Litter program — because when it comes to unwanted litters, prevention truly is the best medicine. 💗 by @willowtreesanctuary

🩷 My name is Destiny. I’m looking for my second chance in life, a home to call my own and a family to love forever. 🥹

🙏🏼 I might be a bit shy at first, but give me some time and you'll find my heart is brimming with affection and warmth. I seek gentle pats and tender loving care from my people and those I know and trust.

😺 I’m described as independent gal at times. I thoroughly enjoy snoozing the day away on the bed, or just starring out the window watching the world go by.

🧸I still love playing and chasing toys. I'll transform into a mini jungle cat, perfectly still, before exploding into a flurry of motion to capture my prey (toys 😆)

🐈 I’m gorgeous young tabby lady with my distinct markings and vibrant colours on my coat. I'm always ready to have a little chat, follow you around and rub my head on your leg to show you some affection.

🏡 Destiny is also litter trained, making introducing a new companion into your home, all that easier.

🐾 If you're seeking a calm, kind and loyal companion to share your life with, Destiny promises to be the purrfect addition to your home. Destiny is ready and waiting to create a bond with you, that will last a lifetime.

🐾💚 BIG DOG LOVERS — WE NEED YOU! 💚🐾

Big dogs. Big personalities. Even BIGGER hearts! 🐶❤️

Calling all lovers of gentle giants! We have three absolutely beautiful BIG dogs who urgently need loving foster homes — or even better, foster-to-adopt homes! 🏡

These gorgeous souls have so much love to give. All they need is someone willing to open their heart and home to them.

🐾 MEET CADE — 9-month-old Great Dane Cross 💙

Cade is a beautiful, bouncy, lovable young boy with a passion for life and a HUGE heart!

He absolutely adores people and is looking for someone who will embrace his youthful enthusiasm and continue helping him learn and grow in confidence with other dogs through positive training and love.💚

🐾 MEET ROXY — 2-year-old Bloodhound darling 💗

Our beautiful Roxy has already been through so much.

Rescued from death row in a regional pound while heavily pregnant, Roxy was given a second chance at life and went on to bring her precious puppies safely into the world.

💗Now it’s Roxy's turn to be nurtured, cherished, spoilt and loved. Her turn to discover what life can be like when someone puts HER first.

🐾 MEET DAISY — 4-year-old Shaggy Wolfhound Cross 💜

Oh, Daisy! 🌼
Another precious soul rescued from death row in a regional pound.

💔Despite her difficult beginnings, Daisy is a beautiful, friendly girl who absolutely loves people AND other dogs!

⭐️She’s a gorgeous big sweetheart who deserves nothing more than a safe, loving home and a family to call her own.

🌳At Willow Tree Sanctuary, our ability to save lives depends on our incredible foster carers.

No foster homes = no room to rescue more animals.

And sadly, our bigger dogs are often the hardest to find homes for, despite having just as much love to give.

🙏 PLEASE SHARE THIS POST!

You might not be able to foster, but someone in your world might be exactly the person Cade, Roxy or Daisy is waiting for.

💚 Interested in fostering or foster-to-adopting? Please send Willow Tree Sanctuary a message or complete our foster form:

https://willowtreesanctuary.com.au/foster-domestic-animal-application/

Let’s find these gorgeous giants the loving homes they deserve. 🏡💚 by @willowtreesanctuary

😻 This gorgeous girl, Bubbles, is waiting to meet you!

Name: Bubbles
Breed: DSH, Tortie & white colouring
Gender: Female
Size: Estimated adult size - Medium
🎂 DOB: 13/10/25
🐱 Cats: Yes, with slow introductions
🐶 Dogs: No thanks
🧒 Children: Yes
🏃🏻‍♀️ Energy level: Playful
🌎 Location: Tweed Heads Petstock, NSW
🆔 Microchip: 953010008187825

😻 Bubbles is a little ray of sunshine with the prettiest patchwork coat, just like her sister, Buttons!
Her black, orange, and white tortie colors make her totally one-of-a-kind. She’s got that classic tortie "tortitude" — sassy, smart, and so full of playful personality but with the sweetest, softest heart underneath.

🩷 She is always ready to shower you with love and affection soon as you walk into the room, and will soak up all the love and pats from people around her. She loves making biscuits and purring out loud, letting you know she loves your presence.

🧸Bubbles is still young, she loves playing and chasing toys, especially dangling wands that she can jump up high and show off her skills.

🏡 Her ideal home would be with a person or people who love to sit on a rug in the lounge room and offer play time and plenty of pats and snuggles. A home without a dog, but with the right slow introductions, could live happily beside another feline companion.

🥰 If you're seeking an affectionate, loving and loyal companion to share your life with, Bubbles promises to be the perfect addition to your family. Bubbles is ready to create a bond with you, that will last a lifetime.

🐾 For those looking to adopt 2 cats, 2 pea's in a pod, 2 besties, 2 bonded partners in crime... Bubbles sister, Miss Buttons is also looking for her forever home 😻

🏡🐶Seeking Forever Home🐶🏡

Name: Teddy
Breed: Schnauzer
Gender: Male
Size: Medium
🎂 DOB: 17/09/2025
🐱 Cats: Untested
🐶 Dogs: Yes
🧒 Children: Yes
🏃🏻‍♀️ Energy level: High
🌎Location: Brisbane, QLD
*We offer online meet and greets and can assist the adopter in sourcing transport.
🆔 Microchip: 900164002345700

Description:

🐾 Meet Teddy!
At 12 months old, this Standard Schnauzer is a gorgeous, purebred teenager who is bursting with energy, intelligence, and untapped potential. He is looking for a dedicated owner who can match his enthusiasm (and strength!), provide firm boundaries and leadership and channel his adolescent (or overgrown puppy) energy into excellent adult manners!

🐕 Some important things to know about this incredibly dashing lad:

The Basics
* Breed: Standard Schnauzer
*** Fair warning - this is not a plus sized Mini Schnauzer! It is a breed in its own right and a powerful working breed at that! You need to truly appreciate that they are high energy and need both mental and physical stimulation as well as companionship to thrive!

* Age: 12 months (Young Adult)
Teddy is at the peak of his male adolescence and is frequently observed to turn his ears (and sometimes his brain) all the way off! But he has showed an amazing capacity for training / learning, with a few treats to keep him on track…

* Energy Level: High (Standard Schnauzers are traditionally a German working breed - think boxer or extra crazy cattle dog!)

* People (and kids!) - while the breed can tend towards aloofness towards strangers, Teddy regards everyone as a friend he hasn’t met yet! But does need to learn not to bowl them over with his adoration.

* Dog sociability - he has a naturally sociable personality but appears to have had limited opportunity to develop good doggy manners in the past. With appropriate, slow introductions he has demonstrated a genuinely appreciation for energetic doggy playmates in a range of sizes. He would likely benefit from a friendly, laid back female playmate in his new home, to help him burn off some of his intense energy.
