Aujourd’hui, on change d’horizon !
🇦🇹 Direction l’Autriche chez @holorganique pour découvrir une utilisation originale des Wineglobes.

Au sein de leur restaurant, ils les utilisent pour élaborer des vinaigres, des kombuchas et des oxymels.

Une autre façon d’explorer tout le potentiel du Wineglobe, au-delà de l’élevage du vin, avec des applications aussi originales que passionnantes !

Et à en croire leurs retours, l’expérience semble les avoir largement convaincus !

Today, we’re changing scenery!
🇦🇹 Heading to Austria, to @holorganique , to discover an original use of Wineglobes.

At their restaurant, they use them to make vinegars, kombuchas and oxymels.

Another way to explore the full potential of the Wineglobe, beyond wine ageing, with applications that are both original and exciting!

L’Arbre à Café and Coffee Globe are taking off for World of Coffee Panama and the World Barista Championship!

From October 23 to 25, 2026, we will be in Panama for the very first Latin American edition of World of Coffee. Find us in the Roaster Village, at the L’Arbre à Café Paris & Wine Globe booth, to taste our coffees aged in Coffee Globes and discover this major innovation.

On the schedule at our space:
Coffee Globes discovery: come observe them up close and learn how they work.
Exclusive tastings:

• all Finca Mariposa coffees aged in Coffee Globes: Cristal, Geisha, SL28, Atlas Java, and Bourbon Rose;

• shifts with Ratibor Hartmann and Jamison Savage featuring their Coffee Globe aged coffees;

• a tasting session with Brice Robin, who will unveil his competition coffee aged in a Coffee Globe.
World Barista Championship: catch our coffee and Révélation cups on stage, presented by the French Champion.
