Fun regeneration session after a big 6-0 win. Working with some deep tier plyos, isometrics, and mobility.

The goal was to:
- Mobilize and restore movement quality
- Load the tendons and reduce stiffness
- Leave feeling better than we arrived by @wingatesportsperformance
