Raise a glass of your favourite Winmark Chardonnay with us to celebrate! We're beyond proud to have received our new Halliday rating as a 5 red star winery.

None of this would be possible without the hard work of our viticulturist, our vineyard management team, and our Winemaker.

Judge for yourself; taste all our Chardonnays at cellardoor and tell us which ones earn your 5 stars.

We're pouring 7 days a week and we can't wait to welcome you. Book your tasting via the link in comments by @winmarkwines

Old vines are known for producing premium, complex wine, but what do you do when they are so old that they're literally splitting apart?

Vigneron Karin Adcock shows how Winmark will be protecting the old root systems while bringing up fresh new vines.

It all started back in March when we offered our first Community Totem making activity at ‘A Bit of Broke’ weekend in the Winmark Art Gallery coffee courtyard. Innocent visitors were seduced into a ceramic experience. Many had never had a ball of clay in their hands since primary school while others told stories of parents who were artists. Everyone enjoyed responding to this somatic material, telling stories and taking inspiration from the immediate environment of beautiful Winmark Wines.

We then repeated the process a few weeks ago as part of Sculptures in the Vineyards for the Wollombi Sculpture Festival after Sculpture Park talk and walk with @karinadcock and @isabelhlangtry while sketching shapes and sculptures along the way.

We hope to repeat this process to create a forest of totems that symbolise the people who love this special place and their tactile, visceral response to it. Aesthetic pleasure is more than just about looking afterall, and Winmark Wines more than satisfies all of the commonly known senses including taste, smell, sound and sight - but now also touch!
Come and not just touch, taste, smell, hear and see for yourself.
