First time sharing this recording 🥰This piece is so close to my heart. It was the night before my big performance and my first full run through on the red and white keys. When I finally made it through this piece for the first time, I got tears in my eyes. I didn't know I could do this and God definitely played a huge part bc I prayed to have this gift🙏🏼. Arranged this piano version in 3 weeks & performed it last year in front of 2,000 people at The Follow the Flag event!! A VERY stressful few weeks with hours of practice to perfect it. The morning of my performance - I was exhausted, my body hurt from practicing so much, & I was full of emotion. I'm so grateful for my music background & the practice techniques I learned to perfect my music. It makes everything worth it. 😋🇺🇸🎶🎹 @followtheflag

The Fjords felt bigger than life!!
Just a couple of weeks ago I was there to see their magnificence and I get emotional knowing I was there in Norway to witness such magical & divine beauty! 🥹 It was certainly felt like an out of body experience.

Traveling abroad always gives me new perspective on life & a feeling of gratitude for how lucky we are to be alive, take on life’s challenges, feel Gods love surrounding us every day, witness miracles, & know how much bigger the world is when you make the time to just take it all in.

No matter where you are - God speaks to us through the Universe. Pray. Take time to listen. 🤍

To master the shuffle! 🤭💃🏻🎶 December was super busy so I’ve been slacking. Forgive me…I’m back at it.

Always love dancing over anything! Are you going to learn with me? Let’s gooooo - it’s definitely new for me. But I’ve been wanting to try this for a while so is high time I get to out.—never had official dance training so I’m making it happen on my own!

Wrapped another incredible production with Ford and an incredible team out on the legendary Salt Flats in Utah!
✨🏎️✨
I had the honor of being part of this coast-to-coast team, serving as HMUA + on-set stylist, and even cutting hair mid-shoot! Big productions like this remind me why I love the craft — artistry + teamwork coming together in the desert.

Also, we filmed at theB-29 hangar at the Wendover Airfield in Utah, which housed the Enola Gay bomber. This is the aircraft that dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima on August 6, 1945. The airfield served as the training base for the Enola Gay’s crew and is now a museum! Very humbling experience being there.

✨ My nighttime skincare routine has a new favorite addition. (Get yours too!)

I’ve been using the KOZE LED Mask several times a week, and I’ve loved how easy it’s been to stay consistent. I especially enjoy the different light modes—including the relaxing pulsing mode before bed—and waking up feeling like my skin looks brighter and more refreshed.

Consistency has been the biggest difference for me, and it’s become one of my favorite ways to unwind at the end of the day.
