I take my job as a person who gives you unrequested book recommendations very seriously. Dixon Cider Deconstructed, my first gradient cake, is wound—does she count as a finished project? What should she become? She’s sock weight so I’m thinking a Lacey shawl, preferably crochet? One skein pattern suggestions welcome!

@lambtownfestival day 1 was a bit of a challenge with POTS + 101 F temps, but I’m happy to report that I 1) did not collapse and 2) did not buy anything pictured here! Wins all around! My WIP Wednesday is starting off with some (almost) finished objects, seen here taking their first bath before hitting the blocking boards! I admit that I wore them preblocking, so maybe it’s a stretch to call them WIPs but who are you? Are you working for Big Finished Object? Must there be so many rules in crafting?
