on an off occasion, I’ll trade my @garmin for my @danielwellington if I really want to track all of those health stats and look bougie.

Runner girl things 🤷‍♀️

1.5 more months until the #nycmarathon and just completed my longest run leading up to it! This was just under 3 hours which is the max amount of time someone should hit before a marathon. It was brutal, and knowing that I’ll have to run 5 more miles than I just did feels daunting. The mindset that’s gotten me through past races is “I’ve done this before and I’ve been here. I can do it again.”
•
This is the mindset that’s gotten me through other things in life, like school, and it’s so powerful. Keep going and you’ll accomplish things you’ve never thought possible.
