Happy National Coaches Day! As winter sports practices ramp up and teams take shape, comments about bodies and food can creep in without anyone meaning harm.

Here's what that can look like this season:
- Comments about how an athlete's body has changed since last season
- Praise or criticism tied to appearance instead of effort
- Pressure to look a certain way in team gear
- Athletes quietly changing how they eat to meet expectations

You don't need to be an expert to make a difference here. You just need the right words at the right moment.

WithAll has three resources for coaches built for exactly that, depending on where you're starting from and how much time you have.

Swipe through to find the one that fits you best →

For nine years, Lisa Radzak has led WithAll with heart.

Under her leadership, hundreds of people in eating disorder treatment have gotten the financial support they needed to recover, and thousands of caring adults have real tools to help kids build a better relationship with food and their bodies.

Lisa is stepping into a new chapter, an opportunity that brings her legal background together with the work she's always cared about: helping people impacted by eating disorders. Lindsay Crye, Lisa's partner in leadership for the past nine years, is stepping in as Interim Executive Director.

In Lisa's words: "I could only say yes because of what we built together — you, us, all of us. WithAll is in wonderful hands. Lindsay Crye, my partner in leadership for nine years, is stepping in as Interim Executive Director, and I couldn't be more confident in her. To everyone who has been part of this work: thank you. Onward, together."
