Autumn is truly here once the Amanitas appear!

We suspect that fairies live underneath the conifer tree behind the cottage given the ring of mushrooms that have emerged ✨🧚🏾‍♀️🍄

This was our little forager’s first amanita find so I preserved a spore print for us as a keepsake :) by @withcarrington

Turned 30 in the Caribbean 🌊🩵

Truly the best birthday I’ve had in years!!! Almost a week visiting beautiful islands, making the best memories with my family and new friends, being spoiled by the best staff I’ve ever experienced.

10/10 - I have so much to share but for now just know that I will be making this an annual trip ✨ taken in Disney Cruise Line by @withcarrington

Rain trickled beyond the porch. Our noses filled with the scent of sugar, spice & everything nice. Flaky pastry envelops soft apples plucked from the mountaintops over yonder. Around the table are an array of satisfied smiles. This is the embodiment of September. Food shared with family that makes you feel like everything is finally falling into place. by @withcarrington

When I say XL Chocolate Chip Cookies, I mean cookies the size of my kid’s head 🤪

What makes my cookies different from others?

🍪 I use vanilla bean paste by @nielsenmassey
🍪Unsweetened apple sauce instead of eggs keep them moist and chewy
🍪Olive oil based vegan butter!

6 Septembers ago, I started foraging and growing mushrooms. Discovering my love for mushrooms truly changed my life. Hence, the name of my bakery @withchanterellecafe hehehe

We’ve had the pleasure of photographing her baked goods, and her adorable family, and were excited to see two of our photos used in the article. 🥐📸😍
