Collaboration Spotlight: @fairwearfoundation 👕 💫

Three years ago, I had the privilege of joining forces with Fair Wear Foundation for their Black Friday campaign in 2021. Since then, we’ve collaborated on a variety of meaningful visual projects, from event photography to video interviews. 📽️

Fair Wear is a key voice in the journey toward better labour conditions in the garment industry, showcasing how real progress can be made. Each project reminds me of the significant impact already made—and how much it’s yet to be accomplished.

Making an impact with 📸

Last year, I had the privilege of capturing the launch of @remakeourworld in the Netherlands, hosted at @fashionforgood. 💫

Remake is a global movement focused on driving equity and sustainability in the fashion industry through collective action, powered by a passionate, connected community.

More than a year has passed since this inspiring community was established in Amsterdam, and I witnessed firsthand how uniting professionals and experts across the fashion ecosystem can create real, tangible change. Here’s to more partnerships, projects, and impactful collective action! 🔥

From the Archive: Anniversary magazine for @palanta.co 📓

This has been one of the most rewarding projects I’ve ever worked on. For this sustainable fashion rental, I conceptualised the anniversary campaign around the theme “Be—responsibly” and took on the role of the editor-in-chief of the anniversary magazine, from the aesthetic, content and visuals.

Having a creative idea and seeing it come to life are the best parts of my work.

Its official! I have two Instagrams 🥂🤩 Yes, YES, I KNOW, I haven’t been seen here much in the past year or so, BUT that relates to this new direction and feels like an exciting beginning!

SO welcome to my personal one @martina.novak.ova (formally @withfairflair) & my NEW professional space/portfolio @withfairflair ✨

Why this change? First, someone assumed my name was “Flair”, and my heart (and pride) couldn’t take it. 😄 Second, it felt like the work element overtook the joy and fun that sharing my little daily moments and occasional hot takes brought to me.

This new way feels right and also in line with the new vision I’ve got for my business, as my work projects became more visual 📽️📸 so #WATCHTHISSPACE
