Friday notes: love your friends loudly. by @withgabe

Catching up on a few key moments😮‍💨✨ by @withgabe

7 years of FINISHR.

If we’re being honest… we were scared to start.
And some days, we still are.
Scared no one would show up.
Scared it wouldn’t land.
Scared we weren’t enough to build what we believed this could become.
But you showed up.
Again and again.
And over time, this became so much more than just a run club.
It became a space where people feel safe.
Where everyone is welcome.
Where you can show up exactly as you are and know that’s enough.
That’s what we’ve always stood for.
Providing a safe, inclusive, supportive environment where people can grow, connect, and thrive… together.

To every single person who has laced up, walked, run, cheered, or simply been part of this- thank you.
To those who believed in us before it was anything… thank you.
To those who continue to show up each week - you are the reason this exists.

This isn’t ours.
It never was.

It’s all of ours.

I used to keep my work and personal life in separate boxes.
Now it’s one messy, overlapping, colourful venn diagram with lots of arrows.

I’ve been lucky enough to be in my role and a part of @lskd creating community for just over 16 months with our incredible team.

I get to learn, lead, train, create, share, and grow in the same spaces, with people I admire in real life and in my “work life” (if there’s even a difference).

Grateful is an understatement.
I get to call the people I work with my friends and be myself without putting on a mask.

If you ever get the chance to intertwine what you do with who you are, take it.
I’m still learning and it’s not always tidy, but it’s worth it.

EVERYONE DESERVES TO FEEL LIKE THIS 🙌🏼

10 Day Trial
Book VIA THE LIFE HUB APP. by @withgabe

We all turned two.

Two years of showing up- for each other, for ourselves, and for something bigger than movement.
@lifehub_geelong is a place between home and work that makes you better at home at work.

It’s built on community, connection and actually giving a shit. Knowing each others ‘why’.

We train hard, we laugh harder and we all meet each other exactly where we’re at- no ego’s, no judgement, just real support and encouraging shared growth.

Our programming pushes limits but the magic is in the people.
In every high five, every check-in, every moment someone chooses to keep going.

Being a part of each others journey and celebrating each others wins sparks vulnerability, deepens connections and builds trust all whilst having fun.

I have honestly met so many amazing people, formed incredible friendships and love the fact that I can start or finish my day with the crew.
How cool is that.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us, believes in us & our team, shows up for us and trains along side us.
It genuinely means the world. by @withgabe

PURPOSE BUILT : Vision & Goals Workshop 🚀

Ooooft that was good.
It was deep, insightful and thought provoking for everyone in the room who chose to show up and be present for themselves this weekend.

It was 2 hours of juicy goodness that has set us up for the year and beyond.

Doing these things makes us realise we are way more than just a gym.
We’re not one to just talk the talk, we’re pretty sure it’s clear by now that we walk the walk too.

Plastered on our walls is our core values WORK IN PROGRESS.
This workshop encouraged just that: encompassing and welcoming being a work in progress.

Celebrating love with my love. by @withgabe

A thriving environment is one where community and inclusivity lead the way.
When we support each other, growth is shared and everyone can reach their full potential.
