I love seeing client’s little smiles form as they experience the novel sway of this move for the first time.

There’s nothing more satisfying than taking big dog boss women and turning them into smiling babies for a couple of hours.

Giving grown ass adults baby treatment requires some serious strength 💪. What I love about this move is how it allows me to work smarter, not harder 🤓

Using limbs as levers and full body movement (in this case, a little rhythmic hip thrust) to move the client, you get to deliver a lot of power with hardly any force 💥 🌊

And the multiple points of contact I’m able to offer in this move gives helps the client feel held, which = more melting for them 🫠 🎊 it’s win win win.

I learned the move shown in this clip from Clara at @westcoastzenthai. It’s one of my favourite from the zen thai series. That, and the scap sandwich 🙃 (IYKYK).

The thing I love about zen Thai is how oceanic and rhythmic it is. I love love love incorporating it into my bodymelt sessions. I’m going back for more training with Clara next month. I can’t wait to learn more ways to hold you, my precious angels!

In honor of 10 years marriage free (had to try on the financially dependent trad wife life for a wee bit 🙃), I present to you this meme dump.

It’s a wild and powerful and, at times, confusing time to be a woman.

Shout out to all the women getting freeeee. It’s big brave work and while the 2016 Avvo Relationship Trends Study says 27% of women regret divorce, I’ve personally never met a single one 😂

Women have the power to shape the world by holding their standards for partnership. Who we are in our romantic lives is massively culture shaping.

If you’re looking for your sign to leave him, this is it, girlfriend 😇

I had one friend witness my husband’s behaviour and say “this isn’t ok” at the end and it was all I needed. I left the next day.

Stood up two times in two weeks is rough y’all.

It’s a big disappointment/rage/despair 🎢 ride. It’s a bit disruptive 😆 dating is not my favourite life course but I do feel like I’m getting stronger at staying centered in the bs 💪

It’s just part of it and you can’t make it personal but you also have to feel your feelings 😩 dating is such humble pie 😑😑😑

It’s Friday night and I’m carrying on with my hot girl shit anyway.

I never received disrespect like this from people who paid for my time. And if I did, I would just keep their deposit and take myself out.

Side note. These short 10 second uphill sprints are my fave quick workout. They make me feel so powerful and capable. I tell myself I have to do 5 and then often I want to do more. Please make sure you warm up first🤗

The first Sanctuaire des Femmes was born in Montreal in 2021 in a time where I really needed to bring more joy to my life.

I’ve always loved putting spaces together, and that gorgeous apartment was such a playground for me. It held over 30 women on urban retreat in one short year.

I’m thrilled to be back sharing another incredibly nourishing space. We still have the bodywork and pastry recommendations, and all of the art supplies, but this time, instead of walking the alleys of Mile End, you’ll be walking along one of the most inspiring places I’ve found in Canada … the path along Dallas Road overlooking the Pacific Ocean 🌊🥲

My friends and I joke that 📍Victoria, BC is like a healing slow cooker for women. And I’ve been slow simmering for 3 years here.

It’s time to share the love.

One of the best parts about this spot is that you still get the city amenities and can walk literally everywhere, but you also have access to wild nature, also by foot.

homebody 🫖 and forestfriend 🌲 were my original two scents.

I made them first as pure essential oil incense last year.

This is my third batch, and after many requests, they are now available in a wearable form!

The pocket perfume oils are made with pure essential oils, just like their incense counterparts.

If you love good smells but trad scents give you a headache, and the essential oil blends you find at wholefoods are a bit too basic hippie/ sleepy, I present to you a third option…. my natural line of scents 💅
