This was an experiment - pretty good! Next time I would sub mint instead of parsley and do a honey🍯or maple syrup 🍁 dressing.

Yellow Watermelon Is Superior 🍉🍉🍉🟡🟡🟡🟡🟡

When searching for a good melon:
1) look for a yellow spot
2) make sure where it was cut from the vine (the little circle on the end) is brown NOT green
3) knock it with your hand, does it vibrate a little/ sound like it’s full of water?

Cooking is meditation 💚

Today was a lil bit overwhelming and the thought came to me: One thing at a time.
