Neurodivergent-friendly things I LOVE seeing in coffee shops ☕️🧠

These are all things I’ve actually come across in different coffee shops: consistent service so I know what to expect, menus I can hold and look through at my own pace, less fragrance competing with my food and coffee, and clear ways to know when and where my order is ready.

Of course, neurodivergent people aren’t all going to experience a space the same way. These are just some of the things that make the experience easier for me.

And I have way more 😂

This Saturday, I met Ruth E. Carter at @theartistcafema! She is the first African-American to win and be nominated for Best Costume Design at the Academy Awards and the first Black woman to win multiple Academy Awards (2 for Black Panther) in any category 😃🤓
