The Invitation to Meet Life
Life doesn’t always ask for a formal introduction. Sometimes, it meets you in the quiet ink of the early morning—unplanned, unexpected, just as the first light breaks the horizon. 🌅
It meets you in the resonance of a morning sound bath, in the waking chorus of the world around you, and in the space you finally decide to hold for yourself.
When you stop rushing past the morning and simply open up, you make yourself available to receive. You realize you don’t have to fix, figure out, or force anything. You just have to arrive.
Take a deep breath in. Receive this sunrise.
Exhale slowly. Surrender the pressure of yesterday. 🌬️
Ask your heart right now:
✨ What am I ready to receive?
✨ What am I finally ready to set down?
Today is not asking you to perform. It is offering an invitation to meet life exactly where it is—and to remember that you are safe enough to pause. 🤍
Save this for your next early morning reset.

Tonight’s full moon in ♒️
The Full Moon doesn’t ask us to become more. It invites us to release what we’ve outgrown. 🌕

Tonight, under the light of the Full Moon, we’ll gather above the city for a floating sound bath experience at the beautiful @hallparkhotel in Frisco. As your body floats, your mind softens, your breath deepens, and your nervous system remembers what peace feels like.

This is your invitation to pause.
To observe.
To let go.
To do The Work In.

Sometimes the greatest transformation doesn’t happen by doing more—it happens when we finally allow ourselves to simply be.

Join me tonight as we honor this Full Moon with intention, sound, stillness, and community.

📍 Hall Park Hotel | Frisco, Texas

It’s the
Friday Reminder

There is power in making life sacred.

Not perfect.
Not polished.
Not rushed for the next thing.

Sacred.

The quiet breath before the day begins.
The mat that meets you exactly where you are.
The sunrise that reminds you there is still beauty to witness.
The pause before you answer.
The prayer whispered in the middle of a busy life.
The choice to return to yourself again and again.

I’m learning that sacred living is not about escaping the world. It is about entering it with more presence.💋💋💋💋

It is how we honor the body that carries us.
The spirit that keeps guiding us.
The work that is still unfolding.
The woman we are becoming.

This season, I am not just trying to do more.
I am learning to feel more.
To notice more.
To breathe deeper.
To create rituals that remind me: my life is not something to survive — it is something to bless, protect, and live with intention.

Make the coffee sacred.
Make the walk sacred.
Make the work sacred.
Make the rest sacred.
Make the comeback sacred.🥰

Because when we make life sacred, we stop waiting for peace to arrive later.

We create it right here.

Happy Friday, amigas. May you find one small moment today that brings you back home to yourself.

This weekend, I had the honor of speaking to the Latina Entrepreneur Academy hosted at DallasCollege and sponsored by The Coca-Cola Foundation.
The room was filled with women who are building, dreaming, planning, and taking brave steps toward entrepreneurship — and it reminded me so much of my own beginning.
I remember being the mentee.
I remember sitting in rooms, taking notes, asking questions, and feeling grateful when someone poured into me, shared wisdom, opened a door, or reminded me that I belonged.
To now be on the other side — teaching business plan components, best practices, and guiding women through exercises to help bring their ideas to life — felt full circle.
We talked about the business blueprint: vision, mission, customer clarity, value proposition, market research, operations, marketing, sales, financial planning, and sustainability.
But we also talked about the founder behind the business.
Because a sustainable business requires a sustainable founder.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned while building @v12yoga @workplacefitco @heychicamovement

Progress moves at the speed of relationship.
Relationships open doors.
Relationships sustain growth.
Relationships build community, trust, and legacy.
And that is why the “work in” matters.
The inner work, the self-leadership, the boundaries, the clarity, the courage, and the care we give ourselves are all part of the business plan too.
Thank you to every woman in that room for your energy, openness, and courage to dream out loud.
This is what legacy feels like: learning, building, and reaching back to pour into someone else.
With gratitude,
Veronica Torres Hazley

Tonight, I have the honor of leading our Floating Sound Bath experience at @hallparkhotel Park Hotel, and there is still time to join us.
This is your invitation to pause. To float. To receive. To give yourself permission to step away from the noise and come back home to your body, your breath, and your peace.
The most beautiful part? This is only the beginning. Our Floating Sound Bath experience will continue monthly, creating a new rhythm of self-care, restoration, and community.

Employee wellness programs are not “nice to have.”
They are a strategic investment in the people responsible for carrying your company’s mission forward.
When employees are overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected, or operating in survival mode, it impacts everything: productivity, communication, creativity, morale, retention, and leadership capacity.
But when companies invest in wellness with intention, they build more resilient employees, reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and create healthier workplace cultures.
Wellness is not just yoga mats and one-time workshops.
It is capacity building.
It is stress reduction.
It is leadership support.
It is culture transformation.
It is health as strategy.
At Workplace FitCo, we help bring well-being to life inside the workplace through movement, mindfulness, self-care, and community-centered wellness experiences designed for real people and real work environments.
Healthy teams are stronger teams.
Supported employees become more engaged employees.
And well-being at work creates impact far beyond the office.
Let’s bring wellness to your workplace.

Today at lunch I had the honor of sharing a message that’s close to my heart — a story that began at my abuela’s kitchen table and grew into a life’s work: building culturally‑centered wellness and leadership for chicas through @workplacefitco @v12yoga and @heychicamovement with corporate partnerships.

I wanted to share a few key nuggets from the talk and why I keep showing up to speak with organizations:

Nuggets:
- Wellness is holistic: mental, physical, financial, social and cultural belonging all matter.
- The biggest barriers aren’t information —they are structural: time poverty, caregiving, language access, and workplace norms that reward burnout.
- Corporate wellness must be integrated into how people spend their days — not a checkbox. Benefits, schedules, leadership pipelines and metrics must align.
- Cultural competence drives engagement and outcomes. Programs that honor culture are the ones that stick.
- Self-care is leadership: leaders who model boundaries and sustainable practices create healthier, higher‑performing teams.

Why I speak to corporations:
Because workplaces are where many of these barriers accumulate — and they’re also where we can create scalable, lasting change. When organizations invest in culturally attuned, data‑informed wellness and leadership development, the results are real: better retention, higher engagement, stronger pipelines for diverse leaders, and healthier employees who can bring their best selves to work.

If your organization is ready to move beyond wellness optics and build programs that truly meet people where they are, let’s talk. I offer keynotes, workshops, and consulting that translate culture into measurable outcomes. DM me or connect to explore how we can design something meaningful for your team.
Thank you to @Jacobs and Thalia McAdory and Yari Escobar for inviting me to the table!

Scaling your business as a Latina founder is power made visible — it’s about turning culture, creativity, and resilience into systems that reach more people and create lasting impact. Thank you to my community with @impactventureco for inviting me to share the story !

Here’s a real-talk guide on what it can take (and how to get there) so you can plan with confidence. 🌟#scaleUp

Realistic timelines & investment (general ranges — every business is different)
- Service-based solo or small team: 6–18 months to scale to steady, higher-ticket revenue. Startup cost: $1k–$10k (marketing, tools, systems).
- Product / e-commerce: 12–36 months to find repeatable growth. Startup & scaling: $10k–$100k+ (inventory, ads, fulfillment).
- Brick & mortar: 12–36+ months; $50k–$250k+ (buildout, inventory, staff, permits).
- Tech / SaaS: 18–48+ months; $100k–$1M+ for product development and user acquisition.
Note: “Success” is personal — months, dollars, and metrics will vary by industry, margin, and strategy.
#dothework
Key metrics to watch
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- LTV (Lifetime Value)
- Gross margin & unit economics
- Conversion rates & retention

6 steps to scale with intention
1. Clarify your offer + ideal customer — niche wins.
2. Build repeatable systems (sales funnels, fulfillment, SOPs).
3. Invest in audience-first marketing — community, referrals, and paid where it converts.
4. Reinvest revenue wisely (common reinvestment: 20–40% to growth).
5. Hire or outsource pivotal roles early (ops, customer success, marketing).
6. Track KPIs weekly; iterate fast on what moves the needle.

Funding options
- Revenue reinvestment, microloans, SBA programs, grants (look for Latina/Latinx-focused funds), friends & family, angel investors, crowdfunding.

You don’t have to do it alone. Lean into community, mentors, and culturally specific resources that honor your story and hustle. ¡Vamos! 🚀🔥
