🙌✨ Voting, relationships, and politics—let’s talk about it!

I brought some big questions to the Hey Chica! Power to the Chica event! 🎤🗳️ How important is voting to you? And can a relationship work when you don’t see eye to eye on politics? ❤️👀

Thank you to everyone who shared their perspective!

💬 Are political differences a dealbreaker in YOUR relationship? Drop your thoughts below! 👇

Leaders come and go, but true leaders stay year after year to uplift others—whether through mentorship or simply leading by example.

Find your tribe of women who truly support you, celebrate your wins, and listen with genuine interest when you share your passion—not ones who roll their eyes when you explain what you do.

Mutual support is built on respect, education, and an open heart. When we lead with empathy and willingness to lift one another up, sí se puede—step by step. 💡✨

“How many of our moms, tias, abuelitas would want us to be here now?!?” We have to vote for issues and the people who speak to the issues that were previously not even considered. I was grateful to be in the room of powerhouse chicas! Thank you @veronicatorreshazley @susy.says anachrista for curating the event!

🔥 CHULA. CABRONA. CHINGONA. WE ARE ALL OF THAT! 🔥

Attending the Power to the Chica Advocacy Brunch was BEYOND impactful! ❤️

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Veronica Torres-Hazley and the entire Hey Chica! team for the incredible work you do to empower Latinas through community, education, advocacy, and support. You are reminding us of our POWER, PASSION, GRIT, and VALUE—and that we belong at the tables we once thought we couldn’t sit at, in rooms where we may have questioned whether we were worthy of being there.

Let me remind you of something, Chicas: WE BELONG IN THOSE ROOMS! 💪 Now go be the Chingona I know you are & VOTE!!! 🗳️ Early election October 19-30 & free rides offered through the official election resources. #LatinaEmpowerment #ChingonaPower #WomenInLeadership #LatinaEntrepreneurs #OurVoicesMatter

I loved being part of Hey Chica! Power to the Chica!

I had the pleasure of facilitating a conversation on voting, civic engagement, and the power of using our voices to create meaningful change in our communities.

We talked about the importance of showing up, recognizing the influence we already have, and inspiring the next generation of women to lead. Thank you to the Hey Chica team for creating a space for women to connect, learn, and empower one another!

Early voting starts Monday! 🗳️ Let’s get out there, Chicas! Let’s use our voices and our votes to help shape the future of our communities. ¡Sí se puede! 💜❤️
