A new chapter begins

After an incredible 2 and half years with @republic_of_fremantle , it’s time for me to step into the career that I’m truly passionate about. I’ve learned so much, grown alongside some inspiring people, won some awards and had the opportunity to be a part of something special. To my amazing colleagues, and bosses thank you for your endless support and all the memories we’ve created together and for our guests. I’m still here, just in a different capacity so this isn’t goodbye, just a “see you around”.
Recently, life’s taken me though some unexpected changes that made me realise what really matters: finding the right direction . Now, more than ever, I know how important it is to follow my passions and put my energy into what drives me forward. ☺️
I’m grateful for the journey so far, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. Here’s to new beginnings, new lessons, and the possibility of crossing paths again. Cheers 🥂

Jokes apart, hello again! Its lovely to be back on IG to let you guys know that another adventure is on the horizon.
Blessed to have been living in WA this last year and being able to explore the most beautiful sites that has to offer with the most beautiful companion.
After experiencing the quintessential Margaret river wine region and working within this field I got to a conclusion that winemaking maybe wasn’t meant to be and therefore I’ve decided to get back on track. Thanks to my buddy @alex.nardini I’m gonna get back behind the stick and show my sweet sweet mighty skills once again. 🍸

Looking forward to the new adventure and sorry again about my radio silence . It will not happen again.

Goodbye south west friends. We shall meet again. Don’t be a stranger if you pass by Melbourne.

🇬🇧 Tomorrow is going to be the start of a new adventure/ journey that will lead me to the other side of Australia!
Melbourne you have been amazing ! Thank you for that! I want to remember you with this lights and those skyscrapers that from time to time made me think how lucky I am to be here. Weather wise tho, you suck. •
Tomorrow morning I will pack my unbelievable @deuter backpack that never let me down @concrete__cocktailbar (GRAZIE) and I will start the road trip towards Margaret River. I’m planning to spend 2 weeks visiting and explore all those place along the way. So stay tuned and let’s start this adventure.

🇬🇧It’s been freaky awhile now that I’m not posting any picture so I thought I might start the year with a simple and big thank you.
Thank you for this new adventure, thank you for bringing into my life so many beautiful souls and thank you for being so big and vast. Can’t wait to start exploring you in less of 1 month. Australia I’m coming for ya, mate.

🇬🇧 Here we are. Final hours of my over 1 year traveling around Asia. It has been an wonderful experience that taught me a lot. So many places and so many people that I will never be able to thank enough. You’ve been the cherry on my huge cake, so thank you!
This is not over yet tho cause my travels will continue but in a different continent. Soon I will be in Australia to start another adventure of mine and slowly getting back to reality. I’m sure it will be a shock and I’m going to suffer this winter 🥶. So wish me luck and stay tuned for more. Over and out. Time to fly 😬 AAAA.

Magnifica esperienza da cui ho imparato moltissimo e dove ho avuto la possibilità di conoscere tantissime persone. Siete state la ciliegina sulla mia enorme torta. Grazie per tutto ciò. Ma non è mica finita perché tra poco volerò in Australia dove un altra avventura mi attende. Sarà uno shock all’inizio lo so e sarà difficile visto che è pure inverno. Congelerò sicuramente 🥶.
