So much stress, hard-work, & dedication went into training to accomplishing this goal! I failed miserably the first time & I felt like quitting.
Instead I rescheduled my attempt & dedicated myself to making this a reality. I could have easily just given up, but a voice in my head told me to keep going, you can do this, keep working, don’t give up Chad. Tonight I accomplished what I have worked so hard for & it took me almost 2 years of training to get to this point. I would not have been able to do this without my incredible, supportive, & amazing family. All day they were so patient with me & just kept encouraging me. Tonight I will be submitting this evidence to Guinness World Records & patiently waiting for confirmation to achieve the official title of

“Highest Standing Jump Onto Balance Board”
48”

What an incredible Revenue Retreat in Philadelphia with the amazing Humangood team! ✨
Touring three of our beautiful communities, learning, growing, and connecting with the most inspiring people — my heart is so full.
So grateful for this experience and endlessly proud to be part of the Humangood family. Love this team. 💛

What a privilege and honor it is to work for HumanGood. I deeply align with this organization’s vision and values. I am so proud to be part of its corporate leadership team as we help advance healthcare in proactive & innovative ways to improve outcomes. It makes me feel so old to say, lol but I have been in healthcare for 20 years, the last 10 in management & business development. I have been part of the Humangood family for 4 years & look forward to many more!

I am deeply grateful for all the HumanGood team members who make this organization what it is, filled with so many wonderful individuals who are passionate about serving others and making healthcare better for residents and their families every single day.

Working for the nation’s 6th largest nonprofit senior living organization is truly special. My partner & I support 18 post-acute care communities and the many residents and families we serve is both a privilege and a responsibility I deeply value.

I’m especially grateful that HumanGood is also investing in my professional growth and education. I’m excited to begin my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in January 2027 and look forward to applying what I learn to better lead teams and strengthen our partnerships with acute care hospitals as we continue advancing compassionate, high-quality care together.
