Our appearance on @haveigotnews hosted by the fabulous @victoriacorenmitchell , with @maisieadam , @helenlewisposts and Instagram abstainers Ian Hislop and Paul Merton
Since then we've been to festivals, museums and galleries, with bookings up til 2026 (we have some gaps so get in touch if you're interested) and our (first!) book, "The Art of The Bizarre Vinyl Sleeve" ( order link in bio), with a hilarious foreword by #stewartlee !
Thanks to all our fans, all our followers on here and everyone who has been to one of our exhibitions. Special love to all the folk who thronged our tent at @shambalafest and @beardedtheory - so many very special memories from there, still warms our hearts to remember all the guffaws and the many people who came back day after day.

Special night for the exhibition @leicscomedyfest as Stewart Lee joined us and read from his very eloquent (and funny!) foreword to The Art Of the Bizarre Vinyl Sleeve, the book that accompanies the exhibition.
This is my favourite bit!

Thanks to Charlotte at Leicester Comedy Festival for setting up this lovely event, to the fabulous Anthony at @bigdiff_venue for hosting us and to @fernbeard who kept us all in order. And huge thanks to Stewart Lee (Stewart Lee is not on social media) who came to enjoy the exhibition and meet us all ahead of his performance tonight.

The exhibition is off to Chester next
@CWACmuseums . Opening day is Saturday 26th September and the covers will be there until 17th January 17th 2027.
The museum is open:
Tuesday to Saturday 10.30 am -5pm
Sunday 1-4pm.

Edinburgh Fringe 2026 is over😭
We have LOVED seeing you all visiting the exhibition, giggling away and sharing your favourites on here.
This is our second year at the @edfringe and some magic definitely happened for us, Edinburgh 2026 will live long in the memory - we really will always love you 😂😍❤️

Thank you so much to everyone who came and visited us at Assembly George Square Studios Bar, thanks to everyone who bought a calendar or two and to all of you who helped share the joy of the exhibition round. Thank you to Sheri and Brian @thelistuk for profiling the exhibition each week , thanks for the PR shouts to Paul at @fringereviewuk , @nicola.meighan at the Herald and , @grantstottonair at BBC Radio Scotland, Steve at @chortle_comedy Patrick at @counterculturegb and, of course @lewis.michie and Alex Leigh at @stvnews who helped us launch the exhibition with a bang. And to Richard @diversitypr who chatted them all up🤩
Lastly a HUGE thanks to the people at @assemblyfest for all their help installing and promoting the exhibition. To Elliot, Dan, Ro Jasmine, Nik and all the team, you are awesome 😘

Ah lovely Dolly, what a charmer and a superstar. Dolly's Bubbling Over cover has been in our collection from the start and in classic plain speaking Dolly style she 'fessed up to what a mess it was in her book " Songteller: My Life in Lyrics"

"It's an awful picture of me," she wrote "We kept working and working on that picture, trying to make it look right. We needed that fountain, and we kept trying to superimpose my face on it. It's just one of those mistakes you make."

We did email Dolly asking her to write a foreword for our book 'The Art of the Bizarre Vinyl Sleeve" . We heard nothing until earlier this year when this email landed in my inbox🤩
It's just a standard email to her fans but it's the most gorgeous thing, shared here for all our own lovely fans at @assemblyfest @mansfieldmuseum @edfringe and all over the world. Let's keep sharing our joy, Dolly style.

Restock alert ! Our Worst Record Covers 2027 calendars sold out in Assembly George Square Studios Bar in Edinburgh, but we've had 100 more arrive today, available from the bar @assemblyfest !
Lots of people are buying them in twos with Christmas gifts in mind. We like this plan ! 🤪Snap 'em up before the end of the fringe on August 31st❤️

"Jo Anna Sings Your Favourites" has been arousing some puzzled looks in our exhibition at Assembly George Square Studios Bar in Edinburgh @assemblyfest
It's that frog🐸🐸🐸
No I don't know what it's doing there either! Other than that it's up in the top corner next to the name of the record company and it's also on the label on the record so maybe it just got printed by mistake on the cover as a happy little accident !(Looking at you @thebobrosseffect 😂)

Perhaps the Frogs in Bogs experts at @familiatheatrewales can help us out with their frog expertise ?

Anyway that's about all we know about Jo Anna . She may have been called Jo Anna Burns Miller and someone has made this lovely video with some samples from the LP including a William Shatner style medley from the wizard of Oz.

It's that time of year again and Britain is divided into the hots and the not hots! Not hot with Neil at the @edfringe or @mansfieldmuseum but they're still having Hot August Nights down south!
