i can still feel what I felt when I was sitting in this spot, I want to freeze this moment and live there forever

i have never felt a sense of longing so strong that it makes me cry like I feel for this vacation

oh to sit on a beach for an entire day and to never worry about Excel sheets or markdown negotiations or inflation

this right here is my favourite memory. just me, sitting on my favourite beach in the whole world, in a swim suit no one creeped about, thinking of my favourite thing (my cat).

may i achieve a life where I don't have to struggle or hustle to keep living. may I thrive and rest at the same time. may I never have to worry or cry about my pain ever again. by @wowridhi

Dearest Reader,

These are a few pictures of the 24 year old Ridhi being genuinely happy for the last time. Months will pass and she will turn 25 with a broken heart. She doesn't know it yet but she will try to figure out where it all went wrong between now and then for a very large amount of time.

Ridhi used to love Taylor Swift and gradually, she grew into other things. But during her swiftie era, she would imagine that if she ever related to any of her songs, it would be either "You are in Love" or "New Year's Day" or maybe "Daylight". Never did she thinks she would ever fall apart so hard, she would end up relating to "Down Bad" or You're Losing me" or atleast not "All Too Well".

The 24 year old Ridhi in the pictures above is thinking "Please don't ever become a stranger who's laugh I can recognise anywhere." and praying "I hope I never lose you, hope it never ends or I'll never walk these mountain streets again."

The Ridhi completing her 25th year keeps thinking, "But I stay when it's wrong or it's hard or we're making mistakes." and begging, "Tell me that you're still mine, tell me we will be just fine, even when I break your heart".

There is a monumental difference between these two Ridhis. They look the same, talk the same, do everything the same but they're entirely two different individuals. The 24 year old thinks she's the happiest she'll ever be and the 25 year old knows that's true in most parts. There is barely two month's difference between them but the spectrum of happy and sad are two different endings in there entire life. The 24 year old has her whole life in her arms and she doesn't want anything else. The 25 year old has lost herself and doesn't know where to start fixing the mess.

But one thing they will both agree on is that they never want to be shattered again - mind body and soul. They're done with being strong and they just want to be held and feel safe without having to look over their shoulders. They both don't know what's going to happen next but they both hope it's not another bad thing.
