Danielle Said is a producer, podcaster, and career coach. Airing in 2025, the unique show is best described as a mix of MAFS meets Survivor. On the latest podcast, Dani reveals what it was really like being stranded on an island with a stranger and what really went on behind the scenes.

I don't know how she managed to do it again - to hit me so hard, right where I was knowingly hurting while also shining a spotlight on something only just now ready to be seen. Never did i imagine @elizabeth_gilbert_writer would pen me another 'Eat, Pray, Love', a second memoir that would change me, cushion me during a great fall. But she did. 'All the Way to the River' gripped me, even before I glanced at the first page, when I heard her being interviewed about it on a podcast. I knew immediately it was going to poke at something tender within me. The month in which I finally read ATWTTR, a book largely about death, I was serendipitiously surrounded by... death. A heartbreaking suicide,Β  a dark & confronting encounter with my own mortality, so many metaphoric internal deaths, the ending of a 30-year friendship, letting go of ways of being that I could no longer continue to be. There was also a longtime coming ADHD diagnosis, to keep my OCD company, and the trialling of medication, which probably did more harm than good. With this came the realisation that I am truly 'different' in a multitude of ways, and accepting that I will never be able to function in this world the way other people so effortlessly can. And also, that it is not enough to merely 'know' these things, but one must actually embody these differences; modify life to meet me instead of trying to unsuccessfully mould myself to fit the world. In the midst of death & grief, ancestral wounds revealed themselves like never before, making it impossible to unsee what I've now seen. Meanwhile, I read this book slowly, picking it up hungrily, then putting it down, taking time to digest it. This book confronts the often terrifying mystery of death, but also what it's like to be the ones left behind in its wake. While high on drugs, and grieving, Liz was able to 'become' her deceased partner. "I was able to travel back in time and enter her body and relive the horror of her death. I was able to experience the unspeakable awfulness of what it feels like to be dying in bed while you can hear your friends laughing and talking in the next room - knowing that life and all its pleasures will go on without you" πŸ‘‡ by @writerdanadasilva

Wise words from feminine embodiment teacher @caitlinerica 🌹

"When we reconnect to our sensuality, sexuality flows as a natural byproduct."

But to access pleasure, we must also be willing to feel discomfort, vulnerability, and everything in between.

For a long time, I would have felt safer stripping in front of a room full of men than a room full of women. And that right there is the sisterhood wound.

There’s something deeply healing about women gathering without shame, performance, or competition - simply being witnessed in their openness, softness, and truth.

These are the exact spaces that Caitlin creates. 🌹

πŸŽ™ Full episode with Caitlin out now. If you've ever struggled to feel safe around other women, this one's for you. πŸ’›
