This Mental Health Month, our teams across Australia took a moment to slow down, connect and spend some time together.

From coffee catch-ups and teams wearing green to show their support, to conversations and moments of reflection, our offices embraced this year’s theme, Together We Thrive, in their own way.

Taking time out of the day to connect was a valuable reminder of the role that belonging and community can play in supporting our wellbeing at work.

Thank you to everyone who got involved and helped make Mental Health Month meaningful across WT.

Our Melbourne team came together for our first Wear a Suit to Work Day, swapping their usual office attire for a more corporate look in support of @fittedforwork and @readysetau , two organisations helping people prepare for interviews, start new roles and return to the workforce with confidence.

More than just a bit of fun, the day was an opportunity to connect as a team and give back to the community.

From best-dressed outfits to clothing donations, it was fantastic to see everyone get involved.

A big thank you to everyone who took part, donated and helped make the day a success. by @wtpartnership

We're proud to celebrate double success at the 2026 RICS Australia Awards.

Our NSW Infrastructure team was named Quantity Surveying Team of the Year and State Director Sahar Khaledi received the prestigious Woman of the Built Environment Award.

These achievements reflect the expertise, leadership and dedication of our people and the impact they continue to make across the industry.

Congratulations to Sahar and our NSW Infrastructure team on these outstanding achievements.

Our team took on the @propertyindustryfoundation Tour de PIF in Sydney, raising funds to support young people experiencing homelessness while enjoying a great day outdoors.

Huge congratulations to our 14 participants who got involved by running, riding and walking in support of this important cause.

As PIF celebrates its 30th anniversary, we’re proud to be part of an industry-wide effort that continues to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young Australians. by @wtpartnership

We were proud to host the NAWIC NSW panel event, Sustainability at Atlassian Central, where industry professionals shared perspectives on the future of sustainable workplace design.

The conversation highlighted how sustainability was embedded in the project's vision from day one, influencing everything from its mass timber structure and renewable energy systems to naturally ventilated spaces and integrated greenery.

Thank you to our panellists, Pauline Nemeth, Emily LaVigne, Matt Williams and Philip Donovan, for sharing their insights and to Elaine Human for moderating the discussion. It was fantastic to see so many people join us to explore the future of sustainable commercial buildings. by @wtpartnership

Today, our teams across Australia came together to recognise Wear it Purple Day.

This year’s theme, Colours of Courage, celebrates the many forms of courage shown every day by LGBTQIA+ young people, allies and communities. Courage can be found in speaking up, standing beside someone who needs support, challenging discrimination, or simply being yourself.

At WT, we believe inclusion is built through the everyday actions that help people feel respected, valued and able to bring their whole selves to work.

A big thank you to everyone who joined our morning teas around the country and helped us mark the day.

It was great to connect with students and graduates at this week’s RMIT University Careers Day and share what it’s like to be empowered to grow with us at WT.

Representing WT were Talent Acquisition team members William Parker and Maya Sturtevant, alongside Associate Kirsten Gilbert and Graduate Quantity Surveyors Andi Xu and Pegah Rahgozar.

From their own career journeys to the projects they’re helping deliver today, the team shared insights into life at WT and how our cadet and graduate programs provide meaningful responsibility, hands-on project experience, mentoring and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to chat. We look forward to seeing where your career takes you.

This year, Pride Month at WT focused on building connection and awareness across the business.

Teams across our offices came together for morning teas, hearing from members of WT’s LGBTQI+ working group and creating space for conversation and shared understanding. Throughout the month, we also adopted a bespoke rainbow logo across social channels to visibly support inclusion.

Our team also attended the Property Council of Australia (Victoria) Annual Diversity Luncheon, where discussions highlighted the ongoing gap between contribution and leadership representation for LGBTQIA+ professionals across the sector.

Together, these moments reinforce the importance of creating environments where people feel supported to be themselves, reflecting WT’s value of “Be Genuine”. by @wtpartnership

Last week, our team marked Eid, the end of Ramadan and the breaking of the fast, alongside Persian New Year, Nowruz.

We shared time together around a Haft Sin table, a central Nowruz tradition featuring seven symbolic items representing values such as health, renewal and prosperity.

Both celebrations reflect themes of reflection, renewal and community, and it was a meaningful opportunity to acknowledge the cultures and traditions represented across our team. by @wtpartnership

Last weekend, our colleagues from across Australia came together for Merimbula Weekend 2026, one of WT’s longest‑running traditions that brings people together beyond the workplace.

More than 100 people, including team members and their families, travelled from every state to take part in a few days of connection and friendly competition. The program included golf on Friday, the annual cricket match on Saturday, and the launch of the "Merimbolympics", a new set of inclusive activities that encouraged everyone to get involved, whether playing, cheering or supporting from the sidelines.

Merimbula Weekend continues to create space for connection, shared experience and community across WT. by @wtpartnership
