Where do I even begin! 🇳🇬 @nigerian_parade_nyc
I am so proud of us as a team …WE DID IT!

If you know the parade from back in the day compared to recent years, you’ll understand why last weekend’s success was a reminder of what can happen when we all come together as Nigerians in the diaspora!

To every single parade goer who came out and SHOWED OUT, I can’t say thank you enough! We do it for you! It’s such a blessing to see the work of our hands pay off because of your support!

I need to thank a few people specially and publicly:

First and foremost, thank you God for allowing this parade to be a success. Nothing would be possible without You!

@tomeio lol serving you has been amazing. I’m so lucky to have a sister who is so blessed and humble! Your leadership is one of the reason any of this is even achievable!

@chellywho_ my partner!!! Thank you for being one call away, and for being my calmness and my voice of reason at the same time! We took a lot of hits together, but in the end it all played out perfectly!

To @vialeena and @bnxn, thank you for being a part of this year’s festivities. It was a pleasure and an honor having BNXN on our lineup!

To @djobiondeck and @pusha_c , thank you for making sure @obis.house was represented at this year’s Nigerian Independence Day Parade! We can’t wait to have DJ Obi again!

❤️ One thing I made sure I did this year was celebrate LOVE and LIFE w/ people who really matter to me!!

For the last few years I’ve been traveling around the world, planting seeds, registering businesses, watering friendships; often times missing out on important celebrations with my FAMILY! Im so happy that God made it possible for me to show up this year…

It’s been such a revealing year for me as well; I’ll talk about that in another post! But for now, let me just say, if you knew me, YOU DONT KNOW ME!!! There’s a lot I had to check myself about this year… I DID! And let’s just THANK YOU JESUS 🙏🏾

Last month we celebrated @admiralsoye, I’ll continue to say thank you for being a great father to my nephew, and stand up guy to so many others! Nemo is so lucky to have you ❤️ 📸 @sosovisions

To each and every person who took time out of their busy day to make sure celebrating Nigerians independence was a success, We thank you!!!
Every Vendor, every Host, every creative who was apart of making this celebration a success 🙏🏾🇳🇬 thank you.

I personally want to thank @fumss @muokamills @breeroyal_ @iam_djbuka and @lolahstic your presence this day added a value we could never pay you enough for; I thank you all for showing up, and showing out, from the bottom of my heart🙏🏾

To our youth, who came out in numbers to celebrate and honor your culture, God sees you….We do this for the future of the Nigerian/Americans, who despite circumstances, are still SO PROUD TO BE NIGERIANS ❤️ (please leave the political stuff for another day)
