I love running at this time of year.

First bite of the cold. The changing colours in the Peak.

Slowing down. Grinding it out against the elements.

Longer runs in shorter days.

Daft stuff with mates feels dafter and more important.

“Let’s move to the Isle of Arran.”

It’s been the mantra in our house every time things have gotten sticky for the last couple of months.

Looking back, I can see why. Wild swimming, mountain running, saunas on beaches, and a fudge load of standing stones.

Plus, it never rains (at least from the week we were there) by @xandermunro

Old tent, new campers.

When @sazzlecorms agreed to come on her first wild camp there were two stipulations:
1. Wilbs is coming
2. We’re doing it in her Dad’s old @vango.outdoor from the 70s.

We got some of the best conditions at the Hotel Kinder I’ve had, a mega red moon and we’ve quite literally never been closer.

✨ MENS WALK ✨

Some of the best conversations happen side by side, not face to face. 🚶‍♂️

Our men's wellbeing walk is a space to move, breathe, and be heard — no pressure to talk, no pressure to perform. Just fresh air, good company, and the kind of connection that's harder to find sitting still.

Make the most of these long warm nights.

Everyone welcome. Come as you are.

For all men and male identifying.
