POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We ran into a news reporter at our job site and had an interesting conversation.

She’s documenting a story that pertains to the communities struggle with ADU & Multifamily over development on their streets and the real consequences the neighborhoods are facing.

Although I think that more housing is good for the community and that we are ultimately doing a good thing. More dialog needs to happen to progress in the right direction and fill the gaps that currently exist.

My sister has been one of the biggest inspirations to me throughout my life. She modeled perseverance and grit with a smile.

Our Permits just got approved, we broke ground and have officially started construction on our development project here in San Diego.

This permitting process has been a challenge and has taught us a lot so we are really excited to enter into the next phase of this development and get one step closer to accomplishing the goal that we set out to achieve. The lessons and skills that you are able to obtain taking a project like this on are priceless. We still have a long way to go but definitely grateful to be where we are at.

Shout out to our partner Garrett and our construction team Reuter Group Inc who are helping us take this to the finish line. Let’s get to WORK! taken in San Diego, California by @xchrisbarron

I was talking to a friend over the weekend about why I love photography, and the conversation boiled down to the way I see the world. I genuinely appreciate the perspective on life where you find happiness in the little things.

In the deep blue of the sky, the architecture of a building, the way the sunlight filters through the trees and creates shadows, or the different colors and hues that a sunset paints across the landscape. Those are the moments that catch my attention, and photography allows me to preserve them.

I like to say that I don’t really do much—I simply capture the beauty that the world is already offering. I’m the observer. We are the observer.

When I share my photos, it’s my way of reminding people of that beauty. Maybe it’s something you hadn’t noticed before, or maybe it’s something you’ve always appreciated too. Either way, I hope it resonates.

Pause for a moment, see the world a little differently, and connect with it. I truly believe that if more people slowed down, lived in the present, and appreciated the small things, the world would be a better place.

So I guess taking these photos is my small contribution toward helping shape that kind of world. Hope you enjoy. by @xchrisbarron
