Ladies and gents …

Let us not be discouraged by the emotional rollercoaster of the current job market. Put your resumes and cover letters to the side for once and do something that will make a difference in the world that you live in.

Simply put, the cartel is always hiring 🤓

It is hard to recognize a bad behavior when it is a part of your daily personality.

Do better, stink ✨🤸🏽

One thing about those company parties …

It’s going to always be someone in leadership drunk and talking way too much 🤣 #truestory💯

What is the most outlandish thing that was ever said or done at a company event that you’ve attended? Comment below or privately inbox it to me and I can anonymously share for you !

Say it with me ….. FTJ !

Also while I have you here …

you have until THURSDAY 10/29 to vote for the midterm elections. Get up, go vote BLUE, then award yourself with a margarita after.

I have a question for you …

How do you professionally tell a coworker (whether in person or via email) to stfu without being contacted by HR? Who knows the loopholes here?

Comment below 🤣

My go-to snack but make it ✨ aesthetic ✨

I am OBSESSED with this … okay no seriously I’ve been eating it for two weeks. I’ve seen variations of the recipe. But primarily it is rice, tuna, Japanese mayo, and the avocado is optional but encouraged. Either that or some cucumbers! Oh and rice seasoning with chili crisp oil on top.

I will be eating this everyday until the day comes that I’m tired of it. So far still going strong lol

Question : do you pray over your leftovers?

If so… when does the first prayer wear off? Like … I don’t pray over my leftovers but isn’t the first prayer good enough?

I mean… I guess those moments are special too, right? 😅🤣

Here are signs of workplace discrimination:

- Getting disciplined or evaluated more harshly than coworkers who do the exact same job

- Receiving lower pay or fewer benefits than peers of a different race, sex, or background performing identical work

- seeing less qualified colleagues of a different demographic consistently arrange while you are held back

- experiencing a demotion, bad review, or termination shortly after disclosing a pregnancy, taking medical leave, or requesting a religious/disability accommodation

- facing demotion or a hostile environment after reporting discrimination or filing an internal complaint

These are just some of many … feel free to share and save!

This is my most fave meal …

And NAW it don’t have to match for it to make its way on my plate lol

Ribeye steak, avocado, fried egg with chili crisp oil, and kimchi. And the Ramune beverage in the back!

My steak is medium. How do you like your steak prepared?

Can I be honest?

I enjoyed social media content creation a lot more when I made cxnnabis content. The content, collabs, experiences, etc was a lot more top tier.

The highlight would have to be training RNs and FNPs that were going into private practice on marketing in the cxnnabis space. I miss ALLADAT.

I tucked it all away (archived here and there) when I first began trying to tap into the job market. Only to still be a part of the 600K+ black women pushed out of the job market … but anywho …

Shoutout to @oanh.gif for this collab ! I still need to email you an OVERDUE testimonial 😅 You did your big one with this. Spent the whole budget on meeeee ✨

I got to spend this time with my dear friend @qvergara_ who flew from Cali to meet me in Phoenix while I traveled from Memphis …

So yea. Saying this to say… I gotta get back to what I know and love 🌿
