Imagine walking into a room where you don’t have to know anyone to feel welcome. 🤎 You roll out your mat, meet the girl next to you, and give yourself a moment to breathe. We move, we feel the burn, we laugh through the shaky parts and suddenly, showing up for yourself feels a little less lonely. That’s what I’m creating with The Edit by Ro Pilates Social. A place to build strength and friendships. Somewhere you can come as you are and find people you look forward to seeing again. November 11 ✨ 5:30 PM | Align + Flow 6:30 PM | Align + Sculpt If you’ve been wanting to get out, meet new people, and do something that feels good for YOU come join us. I’d love to meet you on the mat. Reserve your spot through the Eventbrite link in my bio. 🎟️ #TheEditByRo #DallasPilates #DallasEvents #DallasWellness #PilatesCommunity by @xoxo.ro_

It’s been a minute… come on in, we have some catching up to do 🤎🍲 Welcome back to Cook & Yap! Life lately has been a little bit of everything motherhood, being a housewife, and now stepping into my role as a Pilates instructor. I’m learning how to make room for the things I love while caring for the people I love… and giving myself grace along the way. If you’re juggling a few different versions of yourself in this season, pull up a chair. You’re in good company 🫶🏽 Today we’re making dirty cabbage! I found this recipe on @andika.rodriguez page and swapped the ground pork sausage for turkey sausage since we don’t eat pork. Save this ingredient list for your next dinner idea 📌 🥬 DIRTY CABBAGE • 1 lb lean ground beef • ½ lb ground turkey sausage (my swap!) • 6 oz turkey smoked sausage, sliced • 1 medium green cabbage, chopped • 1 small onion, diced • 1 red bell pepper, sliced • 1 green bell pepper, sliced • 1 jalapeño, diced • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp tomato paste • ½ cup beef broth • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 1 tsp EACH smoked paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning & onion powder • 1 packet onion soup & dip mix • Cajun seasoning, salt & black pepper to taste • Parsley to finish All ingredients found at @heb What are you learning to give yourself grace with lately? Let’s yap in the comments 🤎 #CookAndYap #DirtyCabbage #EasyDinnerIdeas #MotherhoodUnfiltered #LifeLately by @xoxo.ro_
