Sometimes your work shows up in rooms long before you do.

A little self-appreciation post because sometimes you have to pause and really acknowledge how far you’ve come. 🤎

Atlanta was more than just a trip. It was my first international styling gig, my first time flying out to work with clients, and another reminder that betting on yourself can feel terrifying… and still be absolutely worth it.

I used to be the woman who preferred to stay in the background. Being seen, putting myself out there, taking up space—it hasn’t always come naturally to me.

And truthfully? I was still nervous.

But I’m learning that courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s deciding to move anyway.

This trip allowed me to work with two incredible women, build new relationships, experience an international photo shoot, and connect with people who have trusted my work and continue to vouch for me.

And THAT is what I’m most grateful for—the relationships, the community, the women who continue to open doors and remind me that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

So here’s to the woman I’m becoming.

Still nervous. Still learning. Still growing.

But no longer hiding.

Unfamiliar looks good on me.

My HEART ❤️ and camera roll are FULL.

This birthday trip was everything I didn’t know I needed—a much-needed reset filled with laughter, love, beautiful views, unforgettable memories, and some of my favorite people.
St. Maarten owes me absolutely nothing. 🌴✨ Every moment reminded me to slow down, soak it all in, and be grateful for this season of life.
I’m back home with a full heart, a fresh perspective, and enough photos to last me a while… so yes, more pics are definitely on the way.

I talk about ecosystem building every day. A career coach @nervymalpass introduced it to be far before I understood it. I believe in it so deeply I live it. People never see how many people it takes to prepare for a one moment.

Honoured to have been invited by PETL to sit on a panel at the Women’s Health Symposium.

Thank you so much to @goodenad and the Peel Elementary Teachers Local for having me — what a powerful, meaningful day.

We covered everything from balancing life and career, to self-care, mental health, and what it really looks like to show up for ourselves — mind, body, and spirit. The conversations were real, needed, and so affirming.

There’s something special about being in a room full of women who are willing to share, support, and remind each other that we are not alone in this. That kind of energy? You can’t replicate it.
