Made this as a gift for a coworker! We're hosting her work baby shower this week so fingers crossed all the planning and prep goes well!

I used the @xtool.official X Tool HTV Strechable iron on vinyl for the first time and it cut well, transfered well. These images are 2.5"-2.75" W x 1.75" H. by @xtsr.designs

November 12th, 2017 was the very first wedding I did with my sister's friends, Amy & James! I got to help them plan their rehearsal dinner at McMenamins Anderson School and their wedding was at Russell Lowell in Bothell. This second story renovated barn venue was breath-taking and the whole night went down without any huge hitches. I also had a lot of help from my sister (who was a bridesmaid) and my brother-in-law, who also has helped me at other weddings (Hanh and Jason @ PDX WTC), which I am so grateful for. Happy Anniversary to Arjay and Jordan! This is the most hands-on wedding I've ever coordinated as both families & friends pitched in with so many key items of the event from DJ, Officiant, Catering food and dessert, Decorating, Bartender and helping me keep things flowing through the day. I fell in love with Jordan's whole family & friend group through this process as I've known Arjays slightly longer (: Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day. Happy Anniversary to Tina and Peter who's wedding had the most wedding guests I've done to date (about 450ish) with a double-header Tea Ceremony at two sites that started the earliest at 7:30am & second at 9am. We had a break and photos in Seattle starting at 1pm, pre-reception photos starting after 5pm, and grand entrance starting before 7pm. Their wedding was a long day but super fun & worth it! by @xtsr.designs

Happy anniversary @naenaehua and @motataa ! A year passed so quickly since this huge milestone and I'm so grateful to have helped coordinate the chaos. Looking back, everything worked out the way it is was supposed to, from using dollar bills as tissues to karaoke and waiting for burgers at the end of the night. This was an honor and I love you both. Can't wait for future celebrations with mini sharkbait Hua. 💕 by @xtsr.designs

My bride for next week's wedding, @orangutaing (who is a graphic designer), created the look of her Welcome Sign by hand drawing her name and her fiancé's name, then adding text and logos for the rest of the sign! She made it super easy for me because she gave me accurate font sizing on a diagram so all I had to do was to convert, upload into Cricut Design Center, edit/slice the graphic a little and cut the vinyl. Let's hope I can accurately apply the vinyl (this looks crooked to me, lol). Wish me luck! 🤞🏽

Does anyone else notice a crazy amount of dust when you cut vinyl for projects? 🤔🙃

I am the layout queen 👸 We are planning a retirement luncheon next Friday for a coworker, and after doing some inventory, I put together a simple layout via AllSeated. Table counts help with knowing how many linens/ tablecloths needed.
Next will be to work on some simple decor and signage, and the reason being is that we'll have family members and people who aren't familiar with out building that will be attending. by @xtsr.designs

Venue visits are a must in my book. This is where I can familiarize myself with the setting, introduce myself to venue owners and coordinators and gauge how excited my couples are, whether a venue is booked or not!

Open houses are a great place for introductions and information as well before wedding/gala season so I'll be heading to a few in the coming months! (: 'Tis the Season! by @xtsr.designs

Don't wait to book a coordinator or to book a free consultation appointment for your 2023 event!

I am unfortunately not able to fully coordinate any events after November 5th through December 31st as I will be out of town and busy with year end work at my 9-5 job but I am happy to answer any questions you may have!

When you don't have wrapping paper but end up making some!

I had some big grid paper I bought from Daiso that I never used so I wrapped the present in it then dabbed acrylic paint all over. Et voilà! by @xtsr.designs
