We are happy to announce that Ýr Þrastardóttir, the founder of Another Creation, will be showcasing her designs at @erlendurfashionweekiceland in Sept18-22. @xyrx is one of Iceland’s most iconic designers. She graduated with a BA in fashion design from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts in 2010 and has been working on her own labels since then. The concept of her fashion brand @anothercreation_yr is to make beautiful and functional clothes that empower independent women. The Icelandic culture has a long history of strong females, and Another Creation brand brings this concept to modern women. In addition to Yr's work with @anothercreation_yr , @xyrx has also been designing costumes for film, concerts, and TV in Iceland. She is a bespoke designer, creating custom-made designs to fit any occasion. We absolutely love her work and creativity.
