Here’s what a day of eating looks like while I’m eating at maintenance. 🤍

My goal right now is body recomposition, building more muscle while gradually losing fat. I’m fueling my workouts, hitting my protein, doing my cardio, and focusing on whole, balanced meals.

Pictures I swore I’d never post. 🥹

I am so happy that the girl in these pictures decided to finally prioritize herself and her health.

To be quite honest, I was in a really dark place in my life. I was struggling with my mental health, I was in a toxic relationship, and I didn’t recognize myself anymore.

But one day, I knew I had to do something to change.

So I started working out… and somewhere along the way, I fell in love with it. 🤍

Little by little, I started seeing progress. Not just physically, but mentally too. I became stronger, more confident, and more proud of myself.

And trust me, I made A LOT of mistakes along the way. I tried things that didn’t work, I had days where I didn’t feel motivated, and I definitely wasn’t perfect.

But I stayed consistent.

Because I realized this journey was never about being perfect. It was about showing up for myself, even on the days when it was hard.

And that’s exactly why I created Strong Girl Era. 🩷

I wanted to create the kind of program I wish I had when I first started, a place where you can build sustainable habits, become more confident in the gym, and have a community cheering you on along the way.

One of the biggest changes I made that completely transformed my progress was changing my nutrition. 🥑💗

We can spend hours in the gym, but what we do outside of the gym matters just as much! Prioritizing whole foods, eating balanced meals, getting enough protein, and consistently nourishing my body made such a difference in my results.

It’s not about eating less, it’s about learning to eat BETTER! 🥗You don’t have to restrict yourself or have a perfect diet to see progress. Start by being more intentional with what you’re putting into your body and focus on building habits you can actually sustain.
