A roundup of events.

Worked in an incredibly kind and understanding office for a year. Lost many things. But never my lanyard.

The first Shakespeare I’ve ever mildly understood and thoroughly enjoyed.

A @companythree breakfast potluck.

My car got robbed twice. Then the whole car was stolen.

They took my journals and photo albums and letters from past lovers. Why they decided they were interested in the diary entrees of an anxious and chronically negative Jewish queer, is beyond me. But I’m keeping an eye out for any plagiarism.

Couples who cat together struggle to get the work done together. @franklyfrankie98

I wrote a play because my teacher Tom Hunsinger believed in me. Not too long ago, It had an R&D and reading.

A little while ago I spoke about Emma Lazarus and my tattoo at the really heartwarming All Poetry is Gay night with @really.theatre. Yes we were all shocked to see that I was performing at the gay poetry night as I know nothing about poetry and I am not gay.

The Wise Men
30 - 31 July 2025 | Bitesize Festival

The Wise Men presents hilarious and uncomfortably familiar stories of Jewish men grappling with their masculinity and whether or not to call their mums back.

The show uses drag, character work, acute observations, original song, dance and physical comedy to celebrate and critique the modern Jewish man in all his variations. Inspired by the Jewish folklore stories of The Wise Men of Chelm. @yaelelisheva

🎭What is Bitesize Festival?
Bitesize Festival is Riverside Studios’ 4-week showcase of bold, one-hour performances from emerging artists. Celebrating new writing, fresh ideas, and adventurous theatre, all in bite-sized form. This edition, with the addition of short films and art.

Step into a queer-led, multimedia experience unearthing our tangled ties to nature and environmental justice.

Led by a team of mainly queer artists and shaped by the voices of working class, global majority, and LGBTQ+ Londoners, Dysbiosis is a theatrical collage of original music, spoken word, performance and striking visuals.

At the heart of the project is a question: how do we live in and with the natural world? Through workshops, exhibitions, and now this sharing at 96 Festival, Dysbiosis weaves together diverse creative practices, perspectives and voices in a radical act of collective imagination.

DYSBIOSIS (WORK-IN-PROGRESS)
Presented by @daedalustheatre
Wednesday 25 June, 7.45PM
@omnibustheatre South London, UK
Tickets: £6

I started writing this play in 2016 right after it happened. I’ve now finished it - as much as anything can ever be finished. Come hear a reading of it at @omnibustheatre’s Engine Room: Next Page!

🌳Childhood friends Ayal and Noah reunite to do magic mushrooms in Elk Neck Park, USA. All signs point to “don’t do the drugs”, but Ayal and Noah are not the type to follow directions. A story of queer Jewish friendship and how it changes as we grow up.
