Most of your friends aren’t really your friends. Your real friends will be there no matter rain or shine and they will root for you till the very end.

In an American society where hyper individualism is celebrated, lots of history and the rest of the world today is not like that. Societies are communal and integrated. Neighbors help neighbors. Friends and family are there within minutes reach. When there’s an emergency, friends and family were rally to help you out.

It is no wonder America is one of the loneliest places to live with one of the highest anxiety and depression rates. We’re not meant to be alone and isolated.

Choose your friends and time wisely. Life is short.

There’s this beautiful pink door with flowers I pass by every day in Santa Monica. And every time I walk by it, it gives me such joy and calm. Here’s the pink door to serenity.

I had the chance to finally visit Glastonbury for summer solstice and my birthday.

I find it a bit strange that not many Americans in my spiritual community know about this place. It’s known as the heart chakra of the world, and according to Arthurian legend, King Arthur and Queen Guinevere was laid to rest here. This place dates around 1000 AD, probably since the Viking invasion but don’t quote me on that. On the way you will see #Stonehenge, crop circles and #Avebury. Oh and of course the beautiful English countryside. ☺️

If you’re ever in #England #UK this place is a must see.
