Trying my best to remain consistent with the gym!! I enjoy it, so I can’t think too much about whether I can be bothered, I just have to SHOW UP, and let my POWER do the rest!!

Upper Body day workout
- assisted pull ups (terrible amount)
- row pull down fingy (3 x 10 reps)
- seated rows (3 x 12 reps)
- standing pull fingies (3 x 10reps)
- assisted pull ups (8 reps) that went a lot better!! by @yandiddy

Throwing it back to Obimi’s Sip & Paint event that I hosted last month. We had such a beautiful time laughing, eating, and of course sipping and painting. It really meant a lot to host this event and bring parents of SEN children together in a warm space where they could feel comfortable and simply unwind!!

Day 100/100!!!
Thank God!!! Another round of 100 days of cardio complete!!
Of course I had to end it with my faveeee Dance Fitness Class!!

My fave part of the video is about a minute in 🤣 your girl is TIYAD!!

I’m continuing with my cardio and 10k steps until 31.12.2025 by God’s Grace, but it’s nice to finish another round of this wonderful challenge!!

If you’re thinking about doing it next time, DO IT!! You won’t regret it!!!

Day 94/100
Walking walker!!!

Totally forgot I had to post content today hence why the vids are so dark 🤣

Glad I got out though, managed a 90 min walk and got all my steps done at once.

Day 87/100!

My final incline walk recap during my 100 days! Super proud of myself for going up to 3.6kmh for 20mins!! The emergency stop button tried to mess me up but I prevailed!!!
