![Since I was a little girl, “Lead by example“ has been a statement close to my heart. It is what has gotten me this far. Trying to prove to myself that I can be the person I never had growing up.
Helping others reach their highest form a.k.a their Autonomous Ultra Instinct ;) has been a passion of mine ever since I can remember.
You cannot preach what you don’t practice. I would never have my clients undergo anything that I wouldn’t do myself or that isn’t supported with facts.
I deeply care and treat every client as a top priority because I understand how not having necessary support affects someone. I meet people where they are and when I find out what they are truly capable of I set the bar realistically high.
Being 100% honest with my clients is my duty. I am not here to pat them on the back for doing the bare minimum. I am here to teach them that excuses don’t allow you to get better; It’s being honest with ourselves that does.
Above all else, putting my clients' health first is what helps me sleep at night. Becoming a coach was only a passion move after more than one family member in my family was diagnosed with cancer, along with other diseases. I felt helpless and wished I would have been able to do something to help prevent their illnesses. It was through that experience that I now have the opportunity to help others the best because I truly care more about their longevity and overall life sustainability.
As my coaching career continues to expand, I will not only continue to educate my clients but will continue to further my knowledge and education to provide excellent service and a sustainable experience. I don’t expect anyone to blindly follow what I tell them to do without educating them on why it is what they are doing and how it is ultimately going to help them improve towards their goals.

Download ![What I expect from everyone that I take on board as a client and athlete:
I expect full adherence to the program that I individualize and carefully create for each and every person that I choose to work with. I take my job as a coach very seriously and I deeply care about each and every person that I get to help. I invest a lot of time to make sure the programs that I prescribe are suitable according to clients health first and goals/lifestyle second so that they’re able to win at life and achieve any desired outcome.
I expect full transparency between my clients and I when checking in; as a coach my job is to help you achieve your goals and be better overall. But I can’t do that without knowing all the pieces to YOUR puzzle. This only makes progress take longer than it should and makes my job a whole lot harder. You don’t pay for health insurance, go to your doctors and expect them to fix an issue when you only filled out half the paperwork or without being 100% honest about your experiences. So why would you hire a coach and only fill out half of your check-ins or not be honest about your adherence and expect them to help you achieve your goals regardless. As a coach I love helping others and seeing them win but in order for me to do that, there has to be 100% honesty during every single check-in.
I expect weekly improvements. I am not here for weekly excuses, I am here to be your coach and sometimes that is going to require some tough love. As a coach, we cannot do the work for you. We are here to guide you and help you be the best person you’ve ever imagined yourself being. I am not here to take your money, if that means that you are not going to help yourself. Just like the saying goes, “You can lead a horse to the water but you can’t make it drink it.” You and I are a team. You will have to want to also put in effort and meet me halfway. This not only shows me you take me seriously, but primarily that you take yourself seriously.
Last but not least, I expect all clients to be coachable and put their egos aside. As a coach my job is to help you BE BETTER and attain your goals.
