I spent 5.5 years studying 30 years of my life, my childhood, my upbringing, my family and how I got to this place today. Everyone from psychologists to spiritualists, and more have helped me to understand what I experienced.

In the last 6 weeks that I've decided to look forward and what I've been able to create, to be apart of creating, I'm proud. I can finally see my power and why it can make someone feel so small.

Focus on watering your garden today. Things are growing beneath the surface and when it's time they will bloom but only if you water it. It's easy to focus on what has not come into fruition but focus on what you actually want to happen, no matter your circumstances.

It's amazing how many times I've had to block the same people on different platforms 😫 I can literally be bedridden and people will still attempt to monitor my every move.

I've been working on curtains for my closet. At first, I wanted to buy a sewing machine bc I love the idea of sewing but I decided to start by hand since I want to love the practice of sewing.

I used 3 meters of fabric, made tassels (took forever), and practiced 3 different stitch styles. My favorite is the split stitch which I used for the hem.

Now I'm ready to make a second one...

I only want the pretzels bc I'm in my feelings.

I only want to smoke bc I'm in my feelings.

So, I'm going to drink some water and enjoy the rest of my evening without any vices.

Not ignoring my feelings but also not feeding them.
