唔覺唔覺
A year into gym…

When I was skinny…
I was aching for curves

And when I got heavy..
I hated my curves…

At first I expected weight loss
Or shall I say…my main focus was weight loss
At least 10kg off

I wanted my OLD BODY BACK
The so called fit 53-55kg…

It then became - aiming for heavier weights
Aka the ego lifting

Leg press over 100kg
Meaning I’m strong💪🏼

Marking down my macros and calories..
Cutting ALL sweets, nothing ‘unhealthy’

After a few injuries..
(I am hyper mobile meaning my joints are quite unstable)

-shifted my shoulder joint
-pulled my back
-shifted my whole SI joint😂
（don’t ask me how, I didn’t know too）

It then became
How can I make myself better
By using this tool

And throughout the whole practice
I have to constantly remind myself

STOP COMPARING TO OTHERS!

My bone structure is different..
My progress over anything
This journey is very very personal
And I eat what I want

I had to take a photo to see my progress
😂 no idea how to pose

I got other photos but…
Too revealing to show😂

This was me a year ago…

Still figuring out
Self doubts all the time
(I still do, but I don’t allow myself to get into it)
The urge to be strong is enormous…

And this is me last week
Did I reach my goal weight? NO
I am now 58kg, not the 53 I was aiming for.

Did I lose some extra weight? YES
From 64kg to 58kg!

Am I proud of myself?
ABSO-FUCKIN-LUTELY!!

See my back?
Now need to slowly train my right side.

Everything takes time!
